Easy access to database for boosting imports and exports. Can be better with the database availability but otherwise still helps reach out a wide audience.

Volza can provide useful data for some countries, but for many others the information is incomplete, very limited, or almost non-existent.
I used the service only for a few weeks after subscribing, and most of my credits remained untouched for the rest of the year. Since a full refund was no longer available under their terms, I asked for at least a partial, symbolic refund. Volza refused.
What made the experience worse is that, even months after the subscription expired, I kept receiving marketing emails and direct sales calls asking me to buy another annual plan. During the latest call, I explained that I had already complained and requested a partial refund. The response was simply an offer to send me a proforma invoice for another year.
Sometimes a service is simply not suitable for a customer. What matters is how a company handles that situation.

A serious company would have considered a symbolic partial refund and stopped repeatedly contacting an unhappy former customer. Instead, my experience was the opposite: no refund, but continued sales pressure. It felt less like professional customer care and more like aggressive telesales focused only on extracting another subscription

REVIEW UPDATE: After I posted this review, Volza replied publicly that they “would like the opportunity to review your case and address your concerns appropriately.” The reply reads like an AI-generated exercise. Nobody has contacted me, reviewed my case with me or offered even a partial refund.

You know what has continued? Marketing emails trying to sell me another subscription, despite my explicit request to stop sending them. Is this a joke, or can they genuinely not remove an unhappy former customer from a mailing list? I’m considering reporting this to the relevant data protection authority

REVIEW UPDATE #2: STILL RECEIVING DAILY MARKETING EMAILS

I am still receiving marketing emails from Volza every single day, despite repeatedly asking them to stop.
Their staff seem capable of contacting former customers only to sell another subscription, much like an automated bot that cannot understand when a customer is no longer interested.
Since Trustpilot appears to be the only place where someone at Volza actually reads and considers customer complaints, I am making another formal request here: STOP sending me marketing emails and remove my contact details from all your marketing lists immediately.

I would like to sincerely thank Priyabrata and Akshay Tiwari for the valuable Volza session. The session was very informative, well explained, and helped us understand the platform more clearly. They patiently addressed our questions and clarified all our doubts in detail. We really appreciate their support, professionalism, and guidance throughout the session.

Volza is a great place to research and have a deep understanding about the market that you care.

Very good platform for import-export data, but not very update data is available,would certainly look to get paid subscription having said that we being a small company find the plans quite expensive.
