Volza: Think 1,000 Times Before You Subscribe
Hi All,
I would strongly advise anyone considering subscribing to the Volza platform to think 1,000 times before committing.
Based on my experience, the data is far from as complete and reliable as I expected. For certain countries, important information such as consignee or shipper details is missing, and in many cases there are no useful contact details available.
I also found what appears to be a significant amount of duplicated data, which can consume your credits/points much faster than expected. This makes the platform considerably less useful when you are trying to identify genuine, unique trading opportunities.
I genuinely regret trusting the platform and paying for the subscription. For me, it has been an expensive lesson.
Unfortunately, I have learned that there is no platform that can provide 100% complete and reliable trade data. Data is collected, processed and modified, so users need to be extremely careful when relying on it for business decisions.
My honest advice: test it very thoroughly before paying for a subscription. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid it.
Do your own due diligence and don’t assume that the information advertised will be complete, unique or fully reliable.

I subscribed to Volza in February 2026, expecting reliable global trade data for my business. Unfortunately, they provided data access only for 2 months and they have given reasons that the data is not available for most of the countries they have promised and agreed, making the service un usable.
I raised the issue with Volza and requested a refund because the service was not provided as promised. Despite repeated communication, my concern has still not been satisfactorily resolved and the refund issue remains unresolved.
After paying 2600USD I received very little in return. I expected accurate data, transparency, and proper customer support. Instead, I have been left extremely disappointed.
My advice: They don’t provide the service they promised, please don’t go for Volza subscription.
