I treated myself to a lovely sweater for my birthday which was on sale too.

I ordered from here as I needed a last minute outfit to go to Goodwood when I realised what I wanted to wear one of my old dresses and that it was too tight. This company shipped out the dresses so quickly, and I am the annoying types of person who orders loads of bits and returns the majority of it as I like trying things on, but I kept exactly half of this order. The return process was easy too, I sent the items I didn't wish for back at my local Post Office and everything went smoothly. The half sleeve flared dress made it to Goodwood with me and was so form flattering and absolutely stunning ❤️ thank you for finding me my last minute dress for this event!! I'm so happy I found this company as they have some amazing designs and now I'm just waiting till payday to get this dress in the other two colours and make my way through my new wish list. Everything was sent out really quickly and folded neat and tidy, there were no funny smells and the website was clear and easy to use. I've so far had no issues with the quality of the items and they were all really flattering nice dresses, though the jumpsuit I got was for a giant so will need the legs bringing up a bit but that's no drama. Only my fist order but really happy so far with this company..

Their stuff is lovely but what an unreliable company. Ordered a coat and dress ( would not have ordered dress if not ordering coat too), finally got parcel only dress was in it. Checked back my emails and had refund notification from PayPal - nothing from voodoo vixen. Emailed VV to ask what was going on, coat out of stock. Reordered coat in different size, been waiting a week was expecting it soon. Got email this morning about first order letting me know coat was out of stock and had been refunded but other part of order had been sent. Then an hour later got another email saying the current order coat was out of stock and would I like a refund?!
Totally useless

Bought a few items from Voodoo Vixen now, and I love them. Sizing is spot on, and the quality is great - cannot recommend enough!

The two cardigans I ordered were ok, a bit smaller than the size guide, so I kept those. The dress was many inches smaller than the size guide, so I had to send it back, paying the postage myself.

I know the website says they don't send return labels, but it seems unfair when a garment is so obviously faulty.

I sent an email about this but never got a reply...

Apart from that the garments are well made and very nice - just be warned the size guide is inaccurate.

Well packaged and good delivery. My coat could have done with being thicker, it definitely is more autumn despite looking like a thick winter coat. I've had multiple compliments on it though.

I have purchased several dress and they have all been a great fit for me. Very quickly delivered and on the one occasion when my size was not available I received a refund the next day. Great quality for the price. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear the dresses.
