Professional, efficient and problem solving!
I couldn't recommend VP Smart Removals more highly! From start to finish, the team was super friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Ana made the quote and booking process extremely straight forward, answering all my questions promptly and providing transparent pricing info. The moving team of Ben, Jimmy, Ves and Milan were incredible and all highly skilled. Nothing was too much trouble and all items were handled with such care. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage - from a delicate ceramic dining table to our TV and monitors. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel completely manageable.
The real test came when we ran into a problem getting our sofa into our new apartment. I imagine most removal companies would probably have given up, but not this team. They refused to take no for an answer and persevered until they found a solution, which we are very grateful for!
If you're looking for a reliable, professional removals company or a moving service that goes above and beyond, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their hard work, efficiency, and problem solving made all the difference, and I wouldn't use anyone else for future removals.

From start to finish the service was professional, and delivered upon my expectations.
From start to finish the service was great. I had arranged a late change of properties and Ava helped me arrange movers to accommodate my timetable. Whilst the price felt a little pricey, it's competitive compared to peers and I'm happy considering the service I received. Ava was brilliant throughout the planning process. On moving day Milan and the team were fantastic. Arrived on time, consulted me regularly about more fragile items, packed my furniture and belongings safely and with care, and transported them with no visible damage (moved a day ago). They dismantled and reassembled large pieces of furniture and took the time to help me move bits around in the new property until I was happy where everything ended up. The move took 6.5 hours (originally quoted for 4 hours, but capped at 8 hours) but the additional time was largely due to some very fiddly bits of furniture which needed more care and attention. Can't fault the team, they were friendly and hard-working. Would recommend if anyone needs reliable and professional movers.

Excellent experience. Team were friendly, careful and efficient. Packed the vans expertly and were reassuring when I was concerned about the amount of stuff we had to move. Nothing was too much trouble - including delivering more packing boxes very quickly for self-packing before moving day. Very reasonably priced too compared to other quotes we received. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service- would recommend!
We used VP Smart Removals this month and couldn’t recommend them enough! The team were fantastic and made the whole experience so smooth and seamless.
Ana made the booking process really easy and provided clear communications throughout (both pre and post move).
The removal team on the day- Marios, Jimmy and Ben – were so professional and highly skilled. They were very punctual, efficient, handled all our items with care and got the job done so quickly. Not only that, they had such a positive attitude which put the whole family at ease. The whole team went above and beyond!

Highly reliable and considerate
We used the company twice this year and both times the team were very helpful, considerate and on time. All our items were carefully packed and moved, to the smallest flower or pen. Great care was taken throughout the process.

Great team & brilliant service
For the second time in 4 years the team at VP moved house for us. As with the last time the team were amazing.
Ana our move consultant set everything up for us with a thorough pre move assessment and video call.
On the 29th May the team of Joro, Jeffry & Emo came and were incredible, really friendly, quick, careful and bang on time!
It was a big move and we didn’t make some of it easy for them by asking them to move quite large furniture into a loft room. They disassembled and reassembled everything. They also totally disassembled and reassembled our ottoman beds. No instructions required (when I first built these beds it took me two hours, the reassemble took less than 10 mins. I have no idea how they did it and it’s better now than when I built it)
I’m hoping to never need to move again, but if I do and anyone I know does then VP are the recommendation I’ll be giving.
