A very obliging company that willingly fitted with our particular needs. Their quote was competitive but what really clinched it for us was their willingness to fit in with our timeline.
The guys arrived promptly and worked very hard from beginning to end. They were courteous and helpful and took great care of our belongings. They were able to part load the van on day one and finished before midday on moving day. At the other end they moved us in quickly and took great care of the property even laying plastic runners on the stair carpets. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

The company is gd but their worker Plament is a cheat. He made a separate deal w me to move some items , took a deposit and never showed up. Please beware of Plamen

VP smart removals had been recommended by a friend. I found the whole quotation experience very easy and communication was excellent. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. The packers arrived slightly early. 3 men set about the work and did the job efficiently and were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.
The second day the removals team arrived on time. 4 men working very efficiently nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Would highly recommend

My job was lots of extra than I thought which made them longer and harder work, but they are very positive and professional attitude from start to the end. Jimmy and Emo were fantastic - they packed everything up so quickly, transported and then unloaded at the other end! Ana in the office was also super helpful and responsive. Everyone is very friendly and would certainly use again and recommend to others.

From the first phone call it was extremely easy and painless. I had a quote within minutes that was very reasonable.
On move in day Jimmy and his colleague were extremely efficient, while moving all our items with care. Even when the team had to deal with parking issues they did not complain a single time.

Super efficient and quick, both loading and unloading all furniture. All done well within the booked time slot despite traffic and other unpredictable external factors, while also taking good care of each piece of furniture. Great service all around.

We had our house packed and moved by VP Smart Removals and they were excellent. Every one of the crew were polite, careful and efficient. The office staff were exceptionally patient as I regularly changed dates as our various house moves fell through. We have unpacked about 80% of our belongings and so far not 1 glass has been broken.

Dangerous people, Go elsewhere and get a fixed quote. These characters worked so slow that i paid double in excess hours.Over £1000 for a 5 mile trip on a 2 bed flat. When i disputed, i was abused and had to call the Police. Go to a decent firm and get a fixed price.

The process prior to the moving day was straightforward and instructive. On the day, the movers were lovely and efficient, and despite encountering difficulties - the lift at the destination address wasn't working - they continued on and remained friendly and positive throughout. Very impressed with everyone involved, and with the level of transparency on pricing.
