Zero stars. It took almost a month to receive my $200 order. The products were NOTHING like they were advertised - poor material and ill-fitting. I sent multiple emails to request a refund but never received a response.

The quality of the shirts are poor and they look nothing like they look like on the models on their website. I asked for a refund for 2 of the shirts and they offered me $14.99 refund for $70 worth of shirts?? Don't understand the logic on this. They should make it clear they dont offer refunds for their merchandise.

Easy ordering, shipping and good products

The shipping took longer than I expected. The quality of the shirts were good and looked like the picture. One shirt fit great but one did not.

The material for the dress is practically tissue-paper thin, and customers can only exchange for a different size. I knew this going in, but I didn't think the garment would be as thin as a disposable robe at a tanning salon!

Delivery as expected, shirts were nice material and quality, size as expected. I normally wear a small and ordered a small.

Do not buy from this company! Multiple emails back and forth trying to return a blouse that was ridiculously small. I was first assured in an email that their sizing is accurate. False. Back and forth with no way to return apparently. I’m offered a small percentage of the original cost. I had paid the original $14.99 shipping. I’ve learned now, finally, to never again purchase from Facebook ads unless it is a reputable retailer with stores in the U.S.

Side note: I mostly buy online, every single blouse or sweater from Loft, Nordstrom, Gap, Old Navy, Macys Dillards, Bloomingdale’s, Banana Republic, Karen Kane, even Amazon, a size XL fits and often I return for L because it’s too big. Certain stores like Old Navy & Gap run large. The idea that Vrilu products are the standard sizing they insist is absurd. The fit is at least a US medium.

Dress came quickly. It was dressy yet very comfortable.Very reasonably priced

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Give ZERO stars!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Never received my order, have reported them, now going through the painful process of disputing so I can get my money back!!! What a mess!

I’m an idiot and fell for the US (I think South Carolina bc I’m in NC) bs. Save your time, money and frustration. Meta needs to shut these crooks down.

I really like the style of the dress, but it was wildly overpriced for the quality. It also took a very long time to arrive

The clothes are nice but run SMALL. When trying to return they DO NOT ANSWER! Took 4 days writing everyday and finally they gave me only half my $ back in the end!! Huge headache!!! Never buying again! Site says refunds not partial!!!!!

This company lies. They say things are returnable. They will provide no way to return items and are trying to negotiate how much to give me vs. the full amount. They don't want to take back the items bc it costs them too much. Nothing fits. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

Return policy is a scam. They only accept returns if there is a quality issue (this is posted on their site). The Cream White Cowl Neck Fold-Over Collar Blouse Top ($41 USD) I received was definitely sewn incorrectly and would be considered a defect (the collar sits behind the neck). When I emailed to request the return address, the Customer Service team bartered with me to provide a partial refund, offering $7 towards the $41 shirt price. When I objected and continued to ask for the return address, the amount increased to $22 before I gave up.

Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered! Horrible quality, horrible fit, like someone mentioned - the clothes smell. I am trying to get a refund and they are low balling me. I told them it was not acceptable and expect a full refund or I'd dispute charge with credit card company. They came up more. I told them no once again and waiting for reply. They told me I would have to cover the cost of shipping items back to them which I'm pretty sure is not equivalent to the amount they are trying not to pay me. We'll see how this ends but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

The items I received are extremely low quality and they have a strong chemical smell. I have e-mailed customer service several times to start a return but I have not heard back from anyone.
