Need to exchange for larger size. Asked (emailed) several times no one will tell me where to return my size M for a size L

Do not purchase from this company- the quality is poor, doesn’t look like the photos and you can’t return your product for the full value. Facebook and paypal aren’t protecting the customer by allowing this seller on their platforms.

I like this is US-based and shipped quickly. Items surpassed my expectation in terms of quality for the good price.

I was excited to receive these, tried on the blouses and instantly loved the feel, fit, and how it looks. It be always liked the mock necks and these are comparable to those you can find at larger known clothing retailers. The shipping of the blouses came in an individual plastic bag that were nicely folded with tissue. Presentation of the package was nice.

I ordered 6 items. I want to return 3 which would be $124. They offered me $45. After a lot of battling they are reimbursing me $65. I mentioned that I am happy to return the items that could be resold but they refused to send me an address or return form. Only order knowing there isn’t a fair return policy.

You let me know the my shipment was on way. When it arrived, you let me know. The five garments were neatly folded in their own bag. Quality looks good. I have just received so haven't washed but so far I am very happy and will order again from you.

Awful. Takes forever to arrive. Terrible material, ill fitting, and not accurate to website pictures and descriptions. I have been trying to get a refund for my purchase, which was just over $100, and they suggested giving me $30. Very bizarre customer service experience. I haven’t heard back from them and have still not received a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was worried ordering from an advertisement, because I have had bad luck before. I am so happy I took a chance and offered. All three shirts fit perfectly and the colors are like the pictures. I have had so many compliments. I am making my wish list for my next see order.

Shipping took longer than I expected. However, both shirts I received are god quality and very cute!

Everything fit perfectly by using the size chart. The shipping time was a little longer but worth the wait.

I went to this website via Instagram. I ordered items 10 days ago and have not received. I needed for a wedding so I tried to cancel order before it processed and have had numerous email exchanges with these nitwits. Here is their response: "Dear customer:
We have to say sorry that it has been sent out, we can not stop the shipment. Maybe you can have put it on first and see if it is suitable after you receive the item(s). It may be quite suitable for you, to say the least, if you don’t like it, you can give it to your relatives or friends as a gift." Clearly I won't be able to return it and I assume this is not a U.S. company based on the atrocious grammar. I will be disputing ... and I will NEVER use websites advertised on Instagram or FB.

Total junk! It looks like the pattern is screen printed on the clothes. Fit is terrible as well. After reading these reviews I’m not going to bother with the headache of trying to return. What a waste!!!!!

If I could put a zero I would. They falsely advertise that they back their product with “quality Guaranteed” on their website. I bought 5 shirts. None of them looked like the quality in the pictures. The quality was terrible. The fit was not good either. I went to their site right after I received the items because I wanted to return them. I spent $170 I followed the return exactly as they said to do. I emailed and reached through social media and got no respond to 7 attempts. I posted on Instagram a review of my order and they removed it and others. I went back on and told them I took a screen shot and would report to BBB, PayPal, etc. it took me three more weeks and daily emails. I found a different email through PayPal and used that and spoke to Sara, who continued to try to offer me a fraction of the cost of the items and to keep them instead of returning them. They offered me only $45 for a $170 order. I refused and finally after three weeks got my refund.
