I loved the products. It took a little longer than expected to receive the items though

The clothes were of pretty good quality. I need to exchange one item because it was too small, so we'll see how that process goes.

I purchased three tops, believing the items to be made of mostly natural fibers in America as the ad stated. The items came in bags clearly marked Made in China. One of the items is clearly not made from natural fibers. Everything fits ok and is wearable, but beware of false advertising!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Items looked cute online, but the fabric quality and fit is horrible!!! Very cheap Chinese quality. I could buy nicer items in Chinatown. Their website says returns accepted within 30 days, so I emailed them about where to send a return. They asked to exchange, but I said no, I want to return. Has now been 3 days again and no response. Guess I'm donating these to DAV.

I ordered three tops for summer and absolutely love them! They will go beautifully with jeans, denim & white, as well as leggings. I'm so happy with my purchase. One top was the navy/white striped t-shirt with red bands around the neckline, cuffs and hem. The other 2 shirts were the black short sleeve and printed short sleeved with a mock turtle neck. Beautiful.

Really please with each item I purchased. I am 5'4, approx 165 lbs and curvy build. I was worried the sizing chart would be accurate - it was. Really pleased. Everything is just what I wanted.

There are so many targeted ads on Instagram that actually turn out to be decent vendors, Vrilu is NOT one of them.

It took well over a month to receive my order. When I did receive it, all of the size small shirts I ordered based on their size guide were too large and ill fitting. Unlike other vendors, they do not have a clear return policy. You have to email customer service to make a request to return.

I’ve now received 2 emails from their customer service, the first one asked me to keep my items and that they would refund me $21. What?!?!?! That’s absurd! The second email, they offered me $38. My original order was $143. How are any of these figures proposed figures even remotely in the ballpark of a fair return value?

The clothes are cheaply made. They are not good quality!

I do NOT recommend trying this vendor out ever, they are the worst!

I got hooked in through an Instagram ad and didn't realize they don't accept returns because...who doesn't accept any returns?
The quality of the sweaters was terrible - one of them looks like a chamois that you use to dry your car. If they allowed returns, I wouldn't care, but sending items that don't look like the picture and then refusing returns feels like a scam.
Reached out to them to try to sort a return; no reply from customer service

Don't buy from these guys, i bought a top for about $50 , it didn't fit when it arrived, you have to email them to get info on how to get a refund, they keep offering me credits, first for $5, then $9 and then $15!!!!!!! They keep asking me to keep the top along with the credit!! I've now asked them about 15 times for the refund info and they won't send it to me, avoid buying anything from them! A total scam if you want a refund! So annoying!!!!!!!!!!finally got a reply from them about returning the top after sending 15 emails, they advised me that they are based in Abu Dhabi so the cost of sending the top back way exceeds the refund amount, total scam!!! Don't buy anything from them

Had to steam garments when they arrived but they came out great. Wore one that day and got non stop compliments!!

You can improve upon the ability to track the shipment. It takes forever and without tracking makes me feel like this website and products are scams =( Not good for your bottom line.

Super poor quality clothes that don't fit well. Return process is cumbersome and expensive.

As other reviewers have stated, this company is horrible to work with. The clothing is made of all the same cheap, smelly, oily material. And when you ask for a return label, instead of offering it they offer you a minimal credit - for $90 of clothing they came back and said we will just give you $21. Do NOT purchase from this site. Will be disputing the charge.
