Never received the clock and you refuse to answer emails

The size of the clock is smaller than the commercial on TV also you can’t just plug into an outlet you have to have a USB Plug also I couldn’t track it when I tried it said not found.

I placed my order, I received tracking information that stated my order had been delivered but I never received my order. I emailed customer service requesting either a new shipment or a full refund, I received neither, nor did I receive a response.

It took a month to receive the bloody thing. Besides that it is gr8.

The usual wait but soon enough parts were in. I bought several with family in mind and they arrived in good shape. The one thing to check is clearance between item and hood when closed.

March 7, I have not received my order yet! Original email said it was shipped on February 21, 2026. I can’t rate a product in the service if I haven’t even received the product yet.

Im going to attempt to help some of you out. ln hopes that its read before any of you spend your hard earned money. First, l haven't purchased anything from this company. They're not getting one dime from me.
Next, You need to know there are over 600+ bad to worst reviews on just this company alone! These companies are all scams, and the majority of them are right in the states. Basically don't trust a company you've never heard of! And do your homework first, like I did. The good reviews are A.I. fakes sprinkled in to give you false hope. For the most part these companies dont actually even have or stock the products you're trying to buy! This is a very lucrative scamming business, and no authority figures of any sort will ever do anything to slow down or stop these fkd up people from doing this. Primarily, because they don't shop on-line. And some are even business associates. It also takes money to do really anything, and the government isnt going to spend tax dollars simply to keep you from getting scammed! Its all consumerism to them, at the end of the day! So maybe make sure theres a way to contact them beforehand. I sometimes send an email asking questions about their products to see if i get a reply back. Before l make a purchase. So just be smart, an a little homework never hurt. And try to take it easy on the shop therapy after a rough day...
If its a legit company they'll still have the product the next day and the day after it... Remember everything you see is designed to make you comfortable enough to spend. The fake reviews, the hurry were almost outta stock, or the supplies won't last, and the first however many gets one before we run out... There all ploys to make you spend fast. So they can ignore your calls and or emails, and move onto the next scam! Real companies dont need to do all that.
Oh and Googles your friend, if youre unsure Google will tell you if they're legit or not. Hope that wasn't too much to remember, stay safe, be blessed...An shop smart!

The product was as described. I am not 100% sure I needed it but I like it got the washer and dryer off the ground a little. Took 2-3 weeks to arrive which was fine in my case, but just FYI in case you need it sooner.
