This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. And no warranty because the customer is impossible to deal with. Unbelievable. Should be a crime

WARNING: Do not buy from vSeeBox if you expect them to honor their warranty.

I purchased a vSeeBox V5 Pro that developed a persistent Android recovery error and became stuck in an infinite reboot loop. Despite following every troubleshooting step—including wiping data and attempting factory resets—the unit remains completely non-functional due to corrupted system files.

Over the past month (more than 30 days), I have sent nearly a dozen emails back and forth with their customer support team trying to process a warranty replacement for this defective unit. After back-and-forth exchanges where it was ultimately clear the device is unfixable, vSeeBox support has gone completely silent and stopped responding to my requests.

I currently own 5 vSeeBox units and was actively planning to purchase another. However, given this total lack of customer support and refusal to stand behind their products, I cannot justify buying from them again.

Consider this a direct warning to prospective buyers: vSeeBox does not honor their product warranty.

The vseebox 6 plus stopped loading the apps. Texted customer support repeatedly and have gotten no response in over 5 hours.
As far as I know they are no longer in business.
No content and no customer service.

What didn’t go wrong?!?!

I ordered the vSeeBox V6 Plus through vSeeBox.co.

Their website states orders will be shipped the next business day.

Today I received an email addressed to 81 customers stating they don’t have any inventory. Maybe next week.

So I posted a warning on the YouTuber’s video warning people.

My post was deleted within 5 minutes. So I posted it again. Also deleted.

Given the horrible feedback I’ve read here about this streaming box, maybe I’m better off just getting a refund.

This is the absolute worst streaming device ever invented. My 80 year old aunt was recommended this as it is “easy to use for older people” and that couldn’t have been further from the truth. In the 10 days I have been visiting with her, the box has froze a multitude of times, the shows that they say are currently playing are rarely accurate, the controls do not work, and when it is working the best, all channels say N/A so you still have no idea what’s going on. Do not waste your money of this little black box of junk.

FRAUD Piece of FRESH DOG TURDS. BBB is the next move. Liars and thieves. By the time you do the workaround you will never get your time back. Should be investigated for FRAUD. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

My vseebox v6 plus bricked after 4 months. I tried every troubleshooting steps found online. I emailed the official store for support since I bought the box directly from them. Support basically has no support, they loop you around and eventually just ignore you. Do not waste your money

Got the vseebox some channels work ok others keep freezing continuously, unable to watch, if it wasn’t for the disruption of channels it would be a ok deal.

Box quit working within 5 months of having it. Can’t get through to customer service. Have sent multiple emails and still haven’t gotten a response.

I purchased this unit for my living room, and it has rapidly turned into a daily-use item for our household. Setup took very little time, the remote control works responsively, and the image quality is sharp and vivid. I enjoy watching live channels as well as streaming content on it.

I unsuccessfully attempted to communicate with this company via email and their WhatsCrap Chat. All 7 attempts were ignored. As I know others that have the product (V6 Plus) I finally bought it anyway. After some (poor) communications I determined the item shipped & did get it. The set up to connect to my tv was relatively easy. The afterward part, how to actually use, i s a different story. I have played around with it & figured some things out for myself. Other things, such as what are all the buttons and how to program the controller, have become very time consuming and difficult. This is because their website(s) have no Support Area or Guides. This is interesting because in the FAQs under how to program the controller it clearly states to look in support or guidelines.....I would except your website does not have these sections. I even used the website search box and your website couldn't find the sections your website told me to go to.
In summary, the product (V6 Plus) itself seems to be very good, dependent upon its lifespan, but the company support is, at best, terrible and barely existent. If the box lasts I would possibly buy it again although it is pretty annoying having a 30+ button controller that a normal intelligence person is unable to determine what 8+ buttons are used for.

Box lasted less than 6 months. Completely stopped working. When you contact the customer service "department " it's an AI bot. You never get to talk to a real human. The bot is designed to put you into an endless loop of never answering or actually responding to your inquiries. 350 bucks down the drain. I should have listened to the horrid reviews of this company. Buyer be ware!!!

I'm not great with technology, but the remote and screen menu are very simple to navigate.

First half the movies don’t load. Then the ones that do freeze in the middle of the movie. I try to get in touch with customer service and they ignore me. They told me they don’t have me on file. I told you mailed me the box how can you not have me on file. Never got back to me

Do not buy this absolute garbage! There is no support, no customer service, for a piece of garbage box! Save your money and buy something else! Constant buffering, constant reboots, an absolutely no response from customer service!

I have two of these units. Neither one works. There is no real customer service.
They have two web sites, a ,CO and a ,COM, They both look real. If you order from the .co site you get the factory rejects and no support. If you order from the .com you might get one that works, and you might not. I got one that didn't. They will give you the run-around forever.
They will ask for on thing at a time:
proof of purchase
order number
serial number
a video of it not working
instructions to unplug it to reboot
a video of you unplugging it.

I don't know what is next as I quit at this point.
They have no physical address and the phone number is not valid. There is no way to get a new unit or to get your money back.
There are similar boxes on Amazon. If you order from there, at least you can get your money back if it doesn't work.

I bought one of these to see what makes it tick, tore it completely apart, and dumped the firmware. What I found is horrifying. Under the hood, it’s just a dirt-cheap Allwinner board, but the software is a complete privacy nightmare. It comes pre-loaded with backdoor apps that constantly communicate with a sketchy command-and-control server (t101.cn).
These guys have full remote access to silently install or delete ANY app on your device without you knowing, and they can rip your device logs to see exactly what you're doing. They even rigged the operating system so that if you try to turn on Developer Options to catch what’s running in the background, the box intentionally crashes and reboots to lock you out.
You are literally paying a premium to put a remote-controlled spy node in your living room that they can hijack whenever they feel like it. Absolute garbage—stay far, far away!

Kind of a POS. It updates sometimes and deletes all my history then it’ll switch a show to Spanish and it won’t come out of Spanish. Lots of glitches.

I have two Vsee boxes both have problems. They freeze up saying channel is under repair sometimes audio is way out of sync with the video. One box I have when I turn it on the audio doesn’t work unless I other box from the power supply and plug it back in. They have no customer support no phone number the instructions are are so small you can’t even read them.
