Be Cautious with this site. They collected my info, took my payment, and the product was not shipped They responded to several emails saying they would ship the product on a certain date. They did not follow through with this. We requested cancellation and a refund and they kept responding with an extended timeframe for processing the refund. I will not try purchasing from this site in the future.

SCAM ARTISTS! NEVER AGAIN! Ordered various pants, t-shirts etc cost me around $85. Items did arrive. Everything wrong size and super cheap and yucky materials, everything polyester. Contacted pretend customer service, person who never gave his name upon me asking for it instructed me to spend further money to return item to China when on my parcel there was an Auckland NZ address. I stupidly sent parcel to China for further $43 then the customer service said they did not receive the parcel. I emailed the terrible customer service plenty of times and four months later gave up. Have learned my lesson. Who conducts business like that?! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Usual story of getting scammed; I hope I’ve finally learned my lessen: placed an order, they’ve also got a website that looks like an Asian shipping company, shows “Delivered” on promised date, I let their “service@vsmeestore” know the order didn’t arrive, they promised to check it out, then promised to refund in 10 business days, then said sorry again, said they will refund in 2 business days, and then nothing. They’ve invested plenty in getting all their websites looking legit. I’m happy I used CashApp and not my bank account debit card or any credit cards…but I can ill afford the money I sent down that rabbit hole. I will never give a new online company my business again without the company being a referral from a friend or relative. My trust factor in online businesses is now completely gone. Oct 2 was original order. It would be nice to see my refund, but I’m not expecting that to happen. On a small fixed income this is a stupidity that I can ill afford—they can better afford refunding my amount than I can losing it.

Just want to let you know that your vendor requested that I return the above item. They sent me a child’s sized sweater when I ordered a men’s XL. I returned the sweater as instructed, which cost me $28.85 and wasted a bunch of time at the post office filling out customs forms, etc.

Bought a shirt for a bit of fun with a message written on it, from the front it looked good but on the back the message was in reverse so it had to be read backwards. It was for a bit of fun but would have looked stupid if worn

Well after reading the reviews i'm not going to part with my hard earned cash. Not now and not ever. If your going to rip people off then you shouldn't be doing business at all. One Star Not As It Doesn"t Go Any Lower.

Rip-Off, RIP-Off, Rip-Off

I stumbled upon vsmee and I'm so glad I did. They have a wide selection of stylish clothes for every occasion. The prices are reasonable and the delivery was quick. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently purchased a dress from vsmee store and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality of the fabric is excellent and the fit is perfect. I will definitely be shopping here again!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM VSMEE. I order two jackets, both the same except for the color and both sizes large. They looked well enough right out of the packet but... the blue one had no buttons or button holes and the second one was two sizes too small. I sent a message to the Vsmee customer service address WHICH IS NONEXISTENT.

I ordered mens jeans from VSMEE on 23-Apr-23 and received on 10-May-23. They fit well but I'm washing them before I wear them out. My only concern so far is they did not respond to my emails at all!

Recently I purchased a wig from Vsmee. I would not recommend buying any products from this company.
Quality is below standards, and before they will agree to do anything you have to ship it back to China and pay for shipping yourself. Learn from my mistake.

I would not give them a star, worst experience! The product is cheap and nothing like the pictures.

I wanted to return it to the NJ address on file but was told that I had to send the product back to China.
There customer service took 3 days to reply and still didn't help.

Please do not waste your money

I would give no stars but couldn’t. Do not do business with this company. I ordered a beautiful dress from them, but what I received was nothing like the picture. It was like a moo moo with a 1/2 circle cut out of the front and back. The only thing similar was the color. When I went to return they insist I pay for shipping. I didn’t heed other reviews, wish I had.

Very poor SERVICES

Ordered a pair of boots. 2 months went by and I never received them. I emailed them and they said I had received it a month ago, which I haven’t. They gave me a tracking number but no info on what shipping co they used. I tried the number in various shipping comp..none worked. I emailed them again. Never got an answer.

I ordered a sweater at the end of September. It’s Thanksgiving this week and I just got a note offering a “resend”. This came after I told them I’d be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I told them now that I would accept a resend. But I also warned them that if I didn’t get anything that I was going to contact the BBB.
I doubt I’ll get anything and am preparing what I’ll say to the BBB.
Beware. This is just as everyone says. They’ll just take your money and run.
