VWFS Rent-a-Car - Colindale Opiniões

It wasn’t the first time I used this business for car rental, but it was the best. Moshin was so helpful when faced with an unavoidable last minute issue with the car, he kept me advised and dealt with it kindly without delay, and upgraded me to another higher cost car without charge . It was really appreciated, very professional and efficient place to use for rental

Used VWFS on multiple occasions now and had an excellent experience every time.

Car is always in great condition and ready to go (not always the case elsewhere)

Drop off and pick up is also easy.

I had the best experience with VWFS Colindale. Mohsin was amazing! So helpful and amazing customer service. I was so stressed and he made everything so smooth and easy. 100 % would recommend using them. Very honest and really friendly!

Very professional i must say. I had a very good experience with the rental side at colindale infact everyone at Colindale are excellent when ive been buying vans or taking them in for service.

Mohsin made the whole experience amazing, top notch customer service provided along with great vehicles and rates. Nothing to fault what so ever, Mohsin is truly a great asset to the company and a reflection of how great a car hire company can be!

Mohsin was superbly helpful and friendly throughout the time I hired the VW ID.Buzz. Would recommend!

Perfect experience from start to finish. I've always hired with the bigger and more expensive companies until I found VWFS. Both times I've hired I have had brilliant next to new cars. They are always in top notch condition. No hidden fees or messing about. I would definitely recommend.

Mohsin was brilliant. Professional and very helpful. Gave me exactly the information I needed without being there for ages explaining every detail of the car. Thanks again all.

We rented a 9-seater for our family trip, and the vehicle was in a good condition, nice model and convenient to use. Special thanks to Mr Mohsin, very kind and helpful.

Was recommended VWFS by a friend as other hire companies charging extortionate rates for a car over Christmas. VWFS was priced really reasonably for a week’s hire over Christmas which was a life saver. Had a brand new golf which was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. Whole process was easy and Mohsin was helpful, friendly and professional - he made everything clear throughout but didn’t over complicate anything. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be using again.

It was easy to book the rental online and Mohsin completed the documentation professionally and quickly.
He pointed out all the marks on the vehicle body and wheels during the pre-delivery inspection.
The whole process was simple and easy.

I received a new car in a mint condition. Rental process was smooth and quick. Highly recommended

Great service, great cars. All very clear and easy!

Booked a VW for Christmas. Considerably cheaper than the usual big brand hire companies - and for a better vehicle. Mine was a brand new automatic. The car was perfect for my needs and the whole experience with Mohsin was perfect. He was friendly and customer-focussed, I got none of the awkward upselling I get at the usual car rental places, got offered a coffee, and both the pick up and the handover were quick and hassle free. Would very much recommend and will hire from them again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mohsin at VWFS Rent-A-Car Colindales for the excellent service we received. Mohsin was extremely professional, polite, and very flexible in accommodating our needs, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free.

We rented a Caddy Maxi commercial van, which was a great vehicle clean, reliable, and with no issues at all. Overall, the service and the quality of the vehicle exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Mohsin, for your outstanding customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Took out a campervan, a california ocean for the weekend and had the best driving/camping experience! Drove out all the way to Peak District to catch the Geminids Meteor shower and it did not disappoint.

Staff were very friendly but a very big shout out to Gary who showed me around the camper and made the whole rental check in/out very simple and efficient! Definitely an asset to the team there at VW!

Friendly reliable and helpful
Best rental service going.

Excellent reception from the staff at the Colindale branch. And the car was comfortable while on the road. The rate was not bad at all. I will definitely come back again if I need to

We have rented from a number of companies across London. VWFS Colindale are head and shoulders above the competition. From swift responses on Whats App to some of the best rental prices for brand new vehicles. Well recommended.

100% satisfied again. Thanks Mike.

Great experience, the best customer service, easy to pickup and return.
