Fantastic customer service, vans always in excellent condition and clean inside and out. staff are polite and its a quick turn around. we rent every month to support my sons Go Karting and never had any issues.

Second time I've hired a car from Pulman in Durham and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The price was competitive and the staff were great to deal with, I will certainly be using the company again.

Great company. Always helpful and I use them every time I come home by train. I hire a car for the weekend and Dominic will pick me up from the train station in the car and then I drop him back at the office. They are very helpful and never had a single problem with deposits or anything else.

Easy to hire a car, friendly staff to assist you on doing so.
One thing I would like to see change is I understand you have to pay an insurance which is refundable at the end of the hire. However this is stated you have to pay but it would be nice to know a figure to be be hit with a fee of £850 pound on hire on the day I was shocked and thanks to a family member I was able to continue. Someone else may not be able to do this.

Apart from that the car was clean inside and out.

Rent a car from vwfs each year for 4-5 weeks. Always super efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

The car was great and there were no hidden extras. The staff were helpful and did everything to make the whole process as easy as possible.

So glad VWFS Huddersfield is back and running with Peter, who has always looked after me, the service is flawless here.. the cars are always brand new and come with so many features as standard, i wouldn’t go anywhere else, Peter is the go to man.

This was my first hire from VWFS and I can’t now imagine why I’d ever go anywhere else. I initially chose VWFS because they seemed straightforward and trustworthy—the website was detailed and clear, everything was included, unlimited mileage, no hidden costs, and easy to book. Most others would charge a premium for this level of service, but no, VWFS were actually one of the cheapest.
I then met Peter when collecting the car and he was friendly, professional and super easy to deal with. I immediately felt in safe hands and he ensured all went smoothly from start to finish. Also, the car itself was virtually new, a great spec, and was spotless—which was the icing on the cake!
I certainly won’t need to Google car hire the next time I’m in the UK, VWFS are now my go-to :)
