I recently hired a Kodiaq from the Cramlington branch. The car was brilliant and excellent customer service from Claire throughout. I had to extend for a couple of days and it was no problem at all. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend.

Claire was Brilliant VERY PROFESSIONAL first class and a lovly lady she helped us I orderd the 4x4 skoda because my father is in a wheelchair she went above and beyond her job to make my 89 year old dying father his last outing to scotland the service the care thanks claire you are an ANGEL.

A great alternative to traditional hire…
A great alternative to traditional hire car companies.
The who process was simple and fast, we actually got an upgrade and the car had only done 1000 miles when handed to us.
The staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed.
No silly hidden insurances or charges, very honest and transparent.
I'll definitely be using them again.

Absolutely faultless service
Absolutely faultless service. By far the best car rental experience I have ever had. Claire in particular was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Cramlington branch and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Just fantastic
Just fantastic. I’ve hired a lot of cars from a lot of places, but this was perhaps the easiest, most pleasant hiring experience. Lovely girl (Claire I think, sorry if it wasn’t) was amazing, honest and no hard sell for extras.
I arrived very early (my mistake) but all stops were pulled out and car was ready early and in fantastic nick.
Also cheaper than the usual suspects from the airport etc.

Claire at cramlington/annistford skoda garage was fantastic bent over backwards to make a smooth quick transition of renting a car had it ready earlier then exspect as when phoned her to book after making original booking online for 1 pm ask if we could have it sooner as planned a family day out it was ready by 12pm service was fantastic very helpful talked through everything we needed to know about hiring this car came out and done a thorough talk through everything what was everything was for buttons etc inside the car it was a absolute pleasure to do business and look forward to doing more with Claire in near furure many thanks Claire kind regards 100% feedback
