Best deal around. Needed larger car with boot space for weekend trip. Skoda had great customer contact from the start, emails and face to face. Found me the perfect car. All mod cons and plenty comfortable space. Like for like on petrol. All in all a smooth customer experience and great car to drive.

We hired a Skoda Kodiaq from Cramlington online from our home in Perth Western Australia and were lucky enough to contact one of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people you could ever wish to deal with. Thank you Claire Thompson for taking the stress out of car hire in another country. Her communication from start to finish was first class. By the time we took the car back we had got to know Claire personally. She made it a pleasurable experience which, as anyone knows could easily have been a nightmare. Thank you Claire.

Easy to book online. Excellent customer service from Clare when picking the car up also great aftercare service when letting me know when my deposit would be in the bank. The cars are absolutely fabulous we hired a Skoda Karoq which was good on fuel and lovely to drive. I will definitely be hiring from VWFS Cramlington when I require a car again.

Totally amazing straight forward experience car was ready earlier than expected in fact it was a bit of a upgrade due to damage caused by another customer Ron the car that I had hired.
Service is great easy couple of signatures and away plus it was booked same day and I didn’t get penalised for that unlike other car rentals I’ve used in the past.
I will be coming back again for sure I would highly recommend

Had to hire a car at short notice as my car broke down and I was going away. It has been many years since I hired a car so was a little nervous but I needn't have been. The service I received from Pulman Skoda in Cramlington was excellent. On pick up I dealt with Sarah who was standing in for Claire who was on holiday and Claire was back when I dropped it off and they were both friendly and very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If I do have to hire a car again I would definitely come back.

Great and friendly service from Claire who even provided her own cable to connect up my Aussi phone. I would recommend anyone hiring a car to try Pullman Skoda.
