VWFS Rent-a-Car - Durham Opiniões

Friendly staff, nice cars and the prices are unbeatable! After terrible experiences with other car rental providers, I'll only use VWFS!

Hired a 7 seater off Sarah at rent a car at VW in Durham she was very friendly and very helpful I would definitely recommend hiring a car from them and the prices are fantastic x

Excellent service & vehicle

I am a foreign national who frequently comes to the UK. Reserving a vehicle online is quick and easy, and picking it up and dropping it off could not be faster. The staff are friendly and efficient, and ensure that the vehicle will meet my needs. They are easily available for any questions during the rental period. I have always had good experiences with this company. And this time was no different.

Excellent customer service. Top range of vehicles, above expectations and very reliable. Have used this company a couple of times now and definitely will be again in the future. No hidden costs. Great communication. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for future hires

Great customer experience indeed with professional & friendly service by Steve & team.

Easy to rent , pick ya budget and pick a car , simple , staff are excellent and spot on . Cars are second to none , clean and ready to go , can't fault them. Will get going back next time I need a rental.

Absolutely brilliant. The best car hire experience ever ( internationally) Could not be faulted- Steve and Shaka made the whole experience relaxed and seamless. Customer centred focus was evident from the start - finishing with Steve dropping me back home.
Will make Pullman the car hire company of choice when we return to the UK.
Thanks to their team.

Great customer service. Car was great and I will say one of the cheapest I have seen.staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great experience and also painless.

We were the first customers to use the VW TP van, so it was immaculate with barely any miles on it. From beginning to end the communication was fantastic from the Team, they were very friendly and helpful, the rates are also extremely competitive.

The handover itself was excellent, and everything was explained fully to us.

I highly recommend using their services, and will definitely be using again.

Thank you VWFS Rent-a-Car

Excellent service from start to finish. The car I was given was brand new which was an unexpected surprise.

Friendly helpful staff, great value for money. The whole process was very easy and simple.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used this car rental company and every time has been simply very easy and friendly to deal with. In particular, Sarah has been extremely friendly and helpful and is a terrific role model for the company. We tend to come to the Durham area of the UK every year, from Australia, and I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Sarah and Steve very friendly and helpful and professional explained everything to me paper work / checks was quick and I even received a free upgrade , first class hire

Outstanding Experience with VW Car Hire – Highly Recommend!

We recently hired a VW Golf from Volkswagen and couldn’t be more impressed. Over the course of our trip, we drove over 600 miles and only spent about £45 on fuel – the miles per gallon were absolutely amazing! One of the standout features was the car’s ability to switch down to two-cylinder mode, even at high speeds, making it incredibly efficient without compromising performance.

The team at Volkswagen were brilliant – super helpful, friendly, and a breeze to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and straightforward.

I’ve used many car hire companies in the past, including Practical, Enterprise, and Hertz, but none come close to the value and service I experienced with VW. Their prices are far more reasonable, and the quality of the vehicle and support is unmatched.

Highly recommended – VW are the best!

Second time using Pulman VW in the past year. Sarah’s the best! From the first communication to return of the vehicle. The customer is always first!

The car did not cause any issues and was a great drive. Enough ample space for 6 people.

Highly recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car (Sarah Kirtley, Durham). Great service, choice of vehicles and very flexible - particularly useful as I had to keep extending the hire period until works to my car were completed.

Excellent support for a last minute request. We use VW Durham for a lot of our company hires and they always do a great job.

Brilliant service by Sarah. Very accommodating with last minute extension of hire. Great pricing
