Fantastic deals!

I saved about $15 compared to buying at Best buy and it arrived within 8 days. Not bad at all. I will continue shopping here.

Where is the replacement, you have kindly promised me months ago?

Recap:
Wackydot wronlgy did send me a chineese-language/speaking version of handsfree headset back in october/november 2014 (should have been EU/UK-english ver. of course)...

In november 2014 you promised to replace the headset and have also managed to send a refurbished (BT500V) replacement (arrived late january 2015). Good - but unfortunately the replacement is defect and can not charge :(

You agreed on febuary 23'rd to come up with another solution - and i politely propsed to perhaps partly finance a new replacement in the form of a Jabra Storm (English version). We agreed on this (and you also promised to send a return-envelope for the defect head-set) back in feb./march. That was a fine agreement :)

But as of today (over ½ a year after the original purchase) NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!!

Before i issued this (renewed) case regarding your business on relevant sites (social media etc.) i have numerous times written you by email and on FB in the hope, that there has been a (one more) mistake, and that we can now find a quick solution- and that is still my hope despite the depressing state of affairs?

Fandt et mobil headset i en prisknuser til 287. Linkes til en hjemmeside med både dansk og engelsk tekst i navigation/indhold - og referencer til de skandinaviske postvæsener på fragtsiden. Køber produktet og får et meget rimeligt fragt-estimat på kr. 12. Ingen steder bliver jeg dog gjort opmærksom på, at forsendelsen kommer fra Kina/Hong Kong. Men det gør den, og det giver både told, faktura og moms-tillæg på over trehundrede kroner oveni (told og mons + fakturagebyr, da varen koster over kr. 80). På den måde forties det også, at en evt. returforsendelse ofte ikke kan betale sig (og ikke for mig)
DET ER SVINDEL AT SKJULE/FORTIE KINA/HONG KONG ADRESSE!!! ØV!

I appreciate this company so much. i will continue to shop here because a company that believes in its customers is priceless. the only other company that i was this loyal to was circuit city. because like you they understand that things happen. and what normal use and wear and tear, and then when something hasnt lived up to its merit. i am really impressed with your business. your all over my social media. thank you

Great Customer Service

Ordered a case a while back for my Galaxy S5, and it had a slight delay in shipping. Reached out to Wacky Dot and they offered me a discount on the case to make it up to me. Appreciate the effort on Wackydot's part to make things right. Overall a great case and because of the great customer service would consider future purchases through wackydot.

We are extremely sorry about the slow delivery time on your order. There were a number of delayed cases for Galaxy S5 from early October, which caused issues getting some orders processed. We did put a notice on Facebook and on the Contact Us section on our regarding the stock delays. Sorry an email wasn't sent notifying of the delay. Our normal delivery time is always within 4 to 12 so it is not within our usual service standard at all. Please feel free to contact us regarding a discount or free gift as an apology for this. We will work hard to improve our service in the future, and will make sure every order is delivered within the usual 4 to 12 day delivery period.

Bait and switch

Took a chance since they seemed to have good reviews. Bought an Analogix Slimport adapter. Took them two full weeks for the items to be delivered. Received item was a no name adapter (found exact same one on [External Reference] for ~$8, the one I bought at Wackydot was ~$30) Emailed customer supported, got back to me and said they'll check up. Nothing. Emailed again, same thing. Never dealing with this company again.

Great service

Product wasn't the one i was expecting. Emailed wackydot i wasn't happy with the product and it was no problem to get a refund. Within a few days i had my money back. Trustable company with great service

Satisfied with buy on WackyDot

I bought Fitbit Flex from WackyDot, but it comes without USB Dongle. I should read that it's not included on item page. But I didn't know I need one to connect it to PC, so didn't check it before buy.

I wrote to support and they replied me quite fast. We figured out everything. Thank you.

It took some time till I got my FitBit Flex. But now I'm happy.

Slower delivery speed but ok for the price

Ordered a new case for iPhone 6 and it took a little over a week to come. Other than that, no problem with the order.

Great company to deal with

I purchased a cellphone accessory from WackyDot recently. Item arrived in a timely manner and performed as advertised. However, there was some extra lettering stamped on the outside which should not have been there. It didn't affect the function of the item but it detracted from the appearance. I contacted WackyDot and was told they'd send a proper replacement. They didn't even want the original item returned! The replacement item arrived and fits and looks great. I highly recommend this company to deal with because they believe in "Service after the sale".

Je commande une coque de marque Spigen, 11 jours après je reçois par la poste une vulgaire imitation. J'aurais mis 1 etoile mais d'après le vendeur, il me remboursera donc 2 etoiles. Et je vais encore me faire censuré mon avis hein?

Excellent product and service

Excellent product. I ordered a Buckyball set and was delivered on the exact scheduled date with no problems at all and in perfect condition. A friend of mine recommended this to me.I would also like to add, very good customer care.
