Excellent!
We have been coming to Clarach Bay for nearly 10 years and this was by far the best experience we’ve had (despite the weather!).
The caravan was so clean and very well equipped, beds and bedding were very comfortable also. Accomodation was situated in the SV area of the park which is the quieter end but this suited us.
Chris who handled our booking was excellent from start to finish, very friendly and efficient.
We will definitely be booking again!

5 star experience!
Rented a lodge from WalesCaravan4Hire and Chris was absolutely amazing, the van was superb, well presented and had an amazing view of the sea. The van was modern and had everything that was needed for a lovely weekend. Chris kept me informed before my stay, arranged the passes for the club and the beds were ready made to save me a job on arrival! The directions to the van were simple and made it easy for me to find. Can’t think of a negative thing to say! Will definitely be booking again!

Had a lovely weekend here with family and friends. The caravan was spacious also it was nice and clean! Plenty of things to do as There was a beach nearby, amusements for the kids also a lovely heated swimming pool! We also enjoyed the evening entertainment on the park. The town centre is literally a 10 minute drive so it was close enough to do our shopping etc. the owner was very quick to reply if you had any issues they was sorted asap. thanks for having us at this beautiful place and we hope to see you again soon! (I did leave my firestick remote at the caravan but the owner was very quick to reply and send it back to me!) appreciate that 🙂

Very disappointed with our recent stay
Very disappointed with our recent stay as we have previously had good accommodation. Caravan 42 Aber Bay was very worn and in need of general maintenance and deep clean. Oven didn’t work, curtains torn, carpets dirty, general grime and dust, mattress had no padding, freezer box in fridge door broken so all frosted up. No clothes airer, caravan needs thorough inventory, maintenance and cleanliness check. On the positive we did receive very prompt responses to text questions and request for floor clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We always carry out a full deep clean and maintenance check after the busy summer season. During the school holidays, we often have same-day check-outs and check-ins every day, which means we cannot professionally wash the carpets between stays, as they require at least 12 hours to dry. Unfortunately, not every guest respects the accommodation or removes their outdoor shoes, which is beyond our control, although the caravan is vacuumed and cleaned after every stay.
As soon as you contacted us, we immediately sent a cleaner back to clean the floors, and we also offered you a discount on your next stay as a gesture of goodwill. All the maintenance points you raised will be checked and addressed during our scheduled end-of-season inspection.

We really enjoyed our stay at the caravan. Inside the living/kitchen area is quite spacious and the bedrooms comfy. The caravan is clean and well kept. The kitchen has all the essentials if you want to stay in and cook.
We enjoyed taking a cup of tea/coffee on the deck both in the morning and in the evenings.

Impeccable every year!
We book every year for football tour, stayed a few years in GM10, everything we need, incredibly comfortable and clean with a perfect location, this year we booked 140 and again everything perfect - perfectly clean, a more modern van, comfortable and well equipped. Location a very short walk from clubhouse but far enough not to be disturbed by music. Booking process easy! We are lucky we book through you 😁
Chris perfect with communication for booking, any questions, arrival and after departure - even actioning deposit refund so promptly. Thank you, will be in touch for next year 😁👍
