Poor Customer Service
Ordered a walking stick and a replacement ferrule as I knew I would have to shorten the stick. The webpage stated a 13mm ferrule required. On arrival it became clear that it actually needs a 19mm ferrule. I have been trying to return the 13mm ferrule for two weeks now but getting no response from the help centre.
