I ordered and paid for a picture on the 9th September it’s now December and still haven’t received my order I’ve tried contacting Wallart numerous times with no response

My purchase was a discounted deal, considering this time of the year when order placed in November along with black Friday deals and the lead up to Xmas customer's should be patient. My canvas print arrived in bubble wrap and in tact a large size 101 x 142cm. This is for a Xmas gift, and looking through the wrapper it all looks good, impressed overall from Wallart to the couriers care. Yes, I was a little anxious if this wouldn't arrive in time and in perfect condition. I would say to anyone who sees something they desire for gifting or for themselves yes, try Wallart Direct UK.

No updates after money taken no reply to emails sent and phone messages left its now in the hands of my bank to recover the £97 they took

If only I had checked reviews, but the site was so easy to use with plenty of choice. I ordered my picture the end of October, and to date have received nothing. I had an initial note from them saying they would post it shortly but that wasn't true. The canvas was for my husband who is now in a nursing home, and the room needs a new picture.

I paid £199.99 for a Turner print. No sign of it. No response to email. No response on website. One contact number disconnected, the other line constantly engaged (off the hook?). Looks like I'll have to raise this with American Express to get my money back.

Do not order from this company as they don't deliver your order or reply to any emails or phone calls when your try chasing your order.

Appalling. Would not order from this company as I agree with vast majority on here, they are thieves and scam artists.
I have now opened a case with my bank to get a refund.
They accept orders and take your money very quickly…. But no further communication!!!!

Ordered a canvas print on 4th November and nothing received after 4 weeks. Emailed three times and didn’t receive a reply.

Emailed a fourth time and received a response saying it would be sent ‘shortly’. I responded immediately to ask for a refund, after I had read the abysmal reviews on here, however, unsurprisingly I didn’t receive a reply.

I’m now resigned to me not receiving anything. It was only £78, not a massive amount, so I’ll put it down to experience and ensure I read the reviews of companies I’ve not ordered from in future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE SCAMMING SCUMBAGS!!

Update 2nd January - Received an email from PayPal this morning to say they didn’t receive a reply (what a surprise) when they opened a case against them. I’m now being refunded my money.

In spite of reading many negative reviews, my experience of this company is good. Picture arrived in good condition and I am very happy with it. This is the second one I have bought from them, and have no complaints. Took a bit longer to be delivered than the 7 days, but that was probably down to the courier.

WallArt Direct are not a scam as a lot of reviewers state.
I ordered 2 canvas prints and they turned up yesterday and are of great quality and exactly as per images on site.
The problem is lack of communication. My feeling is they must be a small enterprise who are overwhelmed with orders and maybe I was lucky to get selected to have my prints made and delivered.

I ordered from this company and only wish I had read the reviews beforehand

Ordered 3 canvas only two arrived. Contacted them by email twice and no response. Wish I read the reviews here. £60 out of pocket. Don't order from these scammers

Ordered a large canvas print. Nothing ever delivered. Phoned - only an answerphone. Emailed multiple times- no reply. They do not have online chat as they claim on their website. The website is still being updated with offers. You cannot leave a review on their website. You cannot make contact in anyway but they take your money instantly. This company needs to be closed down. They don't deserve the one star but couldn't leave a review without. We have put in a claim with our credit card company and are still awaiting our refund. DO NOT USE.

Order placed November 11, no updates after initial receipt, can’t contact via phone or email. After several attempts and weeks of waiting I raised a dispute with credit card company to get money back . Avoid IMO

Scammers! Don’t use. Paid £100 for a picture that never arrived.
Unable to make contact. Phone number not in use and emails not responded to.
Caused a huge amount of upset and stress.

I ordered some pictures that never showed up. So I ordered them again and they never showed up. The took my money twice. I sent emails asking what was going on and they went unanswered. I tried phoning and couldn't get an answer. There not a genuine company there just a bunch of theives.

Poor paid never received anything no answer to emails and can not get hold on the phone do not use

I had an issue with the payment. I emailed them twice with no response and I have phoned and left a voicemail with no reply.
Communication is non existent. Good luck if you decide to buy from them.

So over a month ago I paid £55 for a print, after 3 weeks I emails to ask for an update and nothing, I sent an email asking for my money back and they emailed saying my picture had taken a long time because of materials, so I left it another two weeks and emailed asking for a refund, I have not heard from them, I have no picture and no refund and it’s been 6 weeks, please do not order from this company as it’s a complete scam. Disgusting
