Total con. After weeks if waiting and countless sent emails I received nothing.
Only after investigating further I found I’d been scammed. PLEASE don’t do the same.

I haven't received a picture I ordered on the 6th November. I have had no reply to my e-mails and have been unable to get through to them via phone.
I have now taken this up with my credit card provider to try and get a refund.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Ordered on 19th November , waited for 7 working days and contacted them as nothing delivered. Contacted them again via website - nothing. 2 more attempts via their email address - still nothing . 3 weeks after ordering I raised a case with PayPal who refunded me immediately. AVOID this company - list numerous benefits and deliver nothing. Even have the nerve to quote that they can be contacted via live chat or phone. No number listed and certainly no Live chat ever.

Do not buy from this company. Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.

Appears to be a scam. Purchased art, no response to emails or chat in a month, phone number given on website does not work - 0800 048 5987.

So yet another customer who is not going to get their order, shame I did not review first. Money taken, have raised with my credit card company and will report to Which as I am a member. Shocking service. Ordered a canvas almost a month ago and haven’t heard a thing. I have emailed three times and haven’t heard a thing!

Why is this company not being investigated by trade and standards there scammers never answer emails or customer complaints and by looking at the reviews many of us are out of pocket I list £71 something needs done

Sadly like others I failed to read these TrustPilot reviews before ordering. Order placed on 22nd Nov and then to make things worse (for myself) I forgot I had ordered it and placed a second duplicate order on Nov 26th. I've had order confirmations and 'order processing' updates for both orders which suggests that something is happening. Emailed them to try to cancel the second order, no response. Filled in their 'Contact Us' form, no response. Found a phone number on Yell but that is out of service. Keeping my fingers crossed that the product I ordered does eventually turn up but seeing reports from others I'm not hopeful.

Customer service none existent 21 days after taking my money still no tracking for my order. Sent several emails which are being ignored think I will need to get onto credit card company see if they can help get money back.

No pictures, no response, awful service. Think this site is run by scammers, I am contacting trading standards.

I ordered a large canvas a month ago (October 2025) delivery states ETA within 7 days it is now been a month. No acknowledgement of my emails I have sent chasing my order, no email informing me of a delay in shipping, contact phone number not answered. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and have raised a claim against my order. I would strongly recommend that you purchase elsewhere and should you still decide to buy from this company ensure you use PayPal as an insurance. I also fully intend to report this company to Trading Standards as they fall under the category of Unfair Trading.

Bad service dont buy from them, something very fishy going on here, take your money and dont supply, dont respond to emails, great online presence but nothing else

Don't buy from this company,I paid £169.99 for a picture on the 20th October 25 I never received the item, numerous emails no reply the same with phoning,I was lucky I got my money back but only after I took it up with my bank.

As many others have commented. I ordered a framed picture on 18th October. It is now the 27th of November, and other than the automated receipt email, I have heard nothing since. No live chat function, no response to 10+ messages, no pickup from the phone numbers provided, no communication whatsoever. What is wrong with this company? The website is live, so you can spend your money, it's just you might not get anything in return. Hopefully, I hear something soon or the process of getting a refund will commence.

Ordered over a month ago and no sign of the order getting shipped. Stay away from them. It's a scam!

Do not buy from this company. Three months after ordering they refuse to answer any communications. Scammers.

Do NOT purchase from these thieves. Item ordered and never delivered and do not answer any emails,messages. They have basically stolen my money.

Ordered a canvas 31 October. After 5 emails, 2 forms online and more than 20 phone calls with messages left I've still not received my order. Of course the moneys been taken out of my account. So where do I go from here?Communication is not happening only on my part.
