Great service , Good quality clothing at a reasonable price
I have ordered several items from Wallis all but one have arrived! I returned one & received a refund! The other is with the delivery firm awaiting delivery ! They are part of the Debenhams group so satisfied all is well. I contacted customer services and Kai was most helpful
Update on my no show delivery , customer services were brilliant, the add on for protection of delivery meant they have issued a refund today! Great service! Very happy!
It's certainly not Wallis quality but is Wallis price
I appreciate that Wallis shops closed, but Boohoo took it over so I assumed it would be ok. Wrong!!! Don't expect to receive something that looks the same as the online photo. Or a petite when you order petite. It was disgusting nylon material, Wrong style, Wrong colours. AND I had to pay to return!! I will avoid in future.
Dont waste your time or money
1 star is pushing it! Customer Services is non existent - how you can operate a service with no other means of contact than messenger is beyond me. Ordered a few items all came separate. A make up item when received was unsealed! Text them at 7am Wednesday morning… it’s now 8.30 Thursday morning and still no response. It’s a faulty item, unhygienic, obviously no quality control and I’m definitely not using it. NEVER AGAIN!

Disgraceful customer service through message app. They will keep sending you round in circles and then say it’s over a month so can’t help! I can prove items have been returned and still no refund. No phone number, no help. DO NOT USE WALLIS ONLINE!

Do not buy from this website. it's not Wallis. Debenham delivers the item but totally different design and colour and low in quality. Customer service is a nightmare. Luckily Paypal sorted the issue.

I have been trying to return items since December and have had numerous contact on their web chat but been waiting for weeks for an agent to get back to me without any success.
It is impossible to speak to anyone as no telephone number is ever provided even after asking multiple times

Returned unwanted items. They were received back on the 9th February. Still waiting for a refund, have contacted them twice and get told by what is probably a bot that it is being processed and they will contact me by email when it has been processed.

It should have arrived today, it hasn't even left the warehouse. Asked for my delivery money back. I wanted to wear the dress tomorrow for a special occassion. Absolute joke.

Long delivery time, confusing returns process (wasn't clear if you needed to send items individually), you have to pay for returns.
On top of that, the goods weren't great, and after 2 weeks I haven't heard back re the return nor received a refund. There is no customer service, no email, no number, just a messenger service with a bot. I have given them my information and they say they have no record of that order. I'm down £73 quid, and won't be using them again. Use at your peril

Should be 0 stars not even worthy of one . Please please read the reviews this company has one star for a very good reason. I ordered a shirt through Wallis 18th of January. Not informed it was coming through a third party Hoxton Girl who refused to reply to my emails for a return . Eventually managed a return through Wallis 14 emails later still no refund .
Unethical swindling company that should be investigated . If you want a headache go ahead a make an order … do yourself a favour find an ethical company.. there are plenty out there WALLIS is not one of them .
Dreadful customer service
I keep asking for them to stop emailing me. I suffer from migraines and on the emails the screen flickers. I emailed them to say take me off the emails because the unsubscribe system does not work, it just subscribes you to more. After asking I have never come across such ignorance and uncaring attitude. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered several dresses for my son's wedding which were too small. Trying to return them and get a refund is so hard. Just getting a returns label is hard in itself. Return my items on 11 Feb - no acknowledgement of refund - Trying to contact anyone is hard in itself.
Amazing how you order and they take your money immediately and can deliver your goods but when you need to return and get a refund you can't. I am out of pocket by a lot of money - they have the dresses (confirmation received by InPost that they delivered them to there warehouse) but I have received no refund - this is theft.
This company which comprises Wallis, Debenham & BooHoo should be shut down - I will be contacting Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog.

Terrible! Received a parcel in December that had been tampered with and had a dress missing. Still no refund and although you get an initial AI response there is no further communication.
So basically I have given them over £40 for nothing!!

Returned a dress within the allocated time and have never received a refund. They claim an email gift voucher was sent to me but having checked all options nothing was found. £40 for a pensioner is a lot of money. I will never shop with Wallis or Debenhams again.

Would give 0 if possible. Despite returning all 6 items weeks ago following their returns policy, I have only received refunds for 3 items. It is impossible to get anywhere with the customer service agents. You can only communicate via messenger and once it connects to a customer advisor they request details and then do not respond. It then resets and you have to start the discussion again, going through a chat bot first.
When I have eventually got to talk to someone they just confirm the refund is being processed for some of the items and then end the conversation. I am owed over £50 and am unable to get someone to look into this properly.

Mission impossible to make contact. Tried with messenger. They answer 1 question after a day then whe you reply it's another day. Ordered several items which came in 3 separate deliveries over 10 days. 1 item sent, right tag etc wrong item. Surely in this day and age there should be instant chat or a telephone number. Patience is running out
Be very careful - look out for unethical & easy to miss delivery protection fee
Be very careful. Wallis have a VERY UNETHICAL delivery protection fee tucked away and automatically ticked so that during the checkout process you don't easily notice it.I have ordered several dresses in 2 sizes and have been charged £25 delivery protection that did not show in the total just prior to checkout and I would have unticked had I noticed it. This should be in opt in (i.e. tick here, NOT opt out). They won't refund me either. VERY UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR
