The design I wanted didn't fit the wall…
The design I wanted didn't fit the wall space I had, they worked with me to redesign the mural for my space and created a custom one just for me. They really went above and beyond for me, I couldn't be happier.
When it arrived a few short days afterwards the paper and design quality was brilliant. The installation instructions where really easy and clear. The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

So helpful with my ideas for my wallpaper
Having chosen the wallpaper I wanted I asked for the colour and size of print changed! The company was amazing sending me samples and also emails with colour changes and size of print.
Highly recommend this company great quality having chosen the heavy grade finish love my wallpaper ♥️

Avoid using!
Ordered the mural which my husband measured and is a design engineer. Allowed extra for the height and even put in notes we had a full engineer drawing we could send.
Once 5 strips in it was evident that there was no way in matching up that wouldn't leave writing from wallpapermural.com and boxes from barcode. Decided to carry on and paint over the Marks. (£380 wallpaper) spoke to customer service who basically said it was our fault and boxes are part of the design.
If you put together the cost and effort it takes to put this up with marks on that shouldn't be there it really isn't worth it.
Customer service was blunt and rude and overall would avoid the company.

We have taken a look into the issues you are having with your wallpaper. The writing you are referring to that you can see at the top of some of the panels, are the panel numbers that are meant to be trimmed off during installation. The reason why you cannot see this text on the first few panels, but can on the later panels, is likely because the first panel has not been installed perfectly level. If the first panel is not level, as you install more and more panels the design will continue to move down the wall exposing more of the text at the top.
As standard we add additional material to every order we receive to allow margin for error. Furthermore, we advise each customer to overlap the panels by 3cm at the top and bottom of the wall. This is included in our instructions that are both on the roll and sent via email. From the photos you have sent over, it looks like this was not done and instead the panel was installed without the overlap at the top resulting in no margin for error as you install panel after panel.
If you would like we can reprint this wallpaper for you so you can have another attempt at installing the wallpaper. We have communicated this via email.

The paper I received looks awful
The paper I received looks awful. The color in the ad was shown to be silver, but when received, it's a striped lavender at best. The images have been stretched to distortion and images are grainy and much larger in scale than advertised. The company guaranteed satisfaction or refund but refuse to refund. Don't buy!

We are truly sorry that you are not happy with your wallpaper. We have already offered you a replacement free of charge at a different scale to the order you placed. We are still communicating with you in relation to this issue. The reason why we are unable to issue a full refund is because it is outside of the returns window.
All of our wallpaper is made-to-measure and printed to the size of your wall(s). Therefore, the scale of each mural varies depending on the size of the wall. As you ordered for multiple large walls, the scale of the mural will be increased. We do not stretch or distort our designs in any way.
We hope we can resolve this issue for you as swiftly as possible.

Firstly the wallpaper is spectacular! The quality and colours are amazing.
Secondly the staff are so helpful, especially Danielle who made some adjustments and personalisations for me which really elevated the product.

Quick, initial problem but resolved successfully.
Quick to supply a sample, but disappointed that my sample specification for only a portion of the mural was ignored. From other samples received, this paper is lower quality compared to the others.
UPDATE: Following the comment left by the company, a revised sample was sent out to match the original sample request I paid for. Despite my initial problem, this company has acted with integrity and a customer focus. I would do business with them again.

Although I am glad to hear you received your samples quickly, it is disappointing to hear that the custom request for your sample was not supplied. We will get a replacement sample order sent out for you right away.
I am also disappointed to hear you were not impressed with the quality of the paper, that is not something we usually have issues with. Perhaps, one of our other paper options would be more suitable for you.

Customer service was extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond re-designing the mural to fit our wall with a window. Quality is incredible and it was super easy to peel and stick, there are no bubbles as they gave us a tool to smooth out the wallpaper as you apply.

Great mural and superb customer service
We loved the mural we got from walllapermura.com. It was made perfectly for the wall and the scene was cut exactly as we needed. This was the first time we used self adhesive wallpaper and it was a breeze to put up. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend this company for a great and unique decorating product.
