The only reason why it is getting 1 star is because the design looked like the website so at least it wasn't a scam. There were so many issues with trying to get my order. Firstly, no where on their website did they state they would be closed from Christmas to the new year. putting off my order until the second week of January. My original order and tracking number said it would be ready and delivered by 1/4 didn't get it until 1/10 AFTER i reached out to customer service. Once received, it was cut into 10 panels that were to equal the same size as the wall we were to cover. We had professionals doing this project for us. They measured the wall 3 times before we ordered. When they went to install, none of the panels lined up correctly with each other. We had to decide to have only the animals above to be lined up while the whole bottom of the mural was off. I'm saying animals and coral at the bottom of the mural had a piece of them higher or lower than originally intended. We were told you use all 10 panels but it was not measure correctly so we only used 8.5?! That's right, we paid for a true to size picture, 10/10 panels should be used as instructed but it wasn't. We couldn't use other panels to replace the messed up once because they weren't cut right. Paid over $400 for a awful mural that I need to replace with a different company. I reached out to customer service and no one is getting back to me. I have gotten my bank involved at this point because we were robbed.

Easy buyer experience, arrived in good time, fits perfectly, high quality in terms of feel and artwork. Looks amazing. Would definitely buy again. Can’t wait for my son to see his space themed feature wall.

Couldn’t be happier… let’s face it applying the perfect wall mural is never easy but I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service, product, quality, delivery. I LOVE MY MURAL SO MUCH! Highly recommended in all levels. Thank you!

Mural was delivered three days after latest expected delivery date -
Customer services basically said it’s my problem I booked decorators to fit and decorate my room in anticipation of the mural.
The mural is not made to scale and isn’t made to measure my wall as half of the cranes head is missing. Unable to attach photo.
Disappointed all round really.

Chimney breast looked plain before wallpaper was added. Now the design has added a new dimension to the room which now looks decorative and finished. Highly delighted. Thank you.

*update* I have received the refund for the money charged for import taxes. I was charged in error by the delivery company and not by wallpapermural.
The wallpaper is gorgeous, i cannot wait to get it up and customer service was so lovely and prompt to deal with, i will certainly buy from them again.

I bought this paper to be delivered to Ireland. At no point did it mention when I ordered that i would have to pay import fees. So on top of my wallpaper I had to pay 90euro to the ups driver. There should be a warning at checkout about this. Its not fair. Will not be ordering again.

Reached out to them to ask if possible to get in time for decorator slot. They sorted it all out, came in excellent time. Extremely happy with the result and the wallpaper quality is excellent (traditional wallpaper).

Hands down one of the best things we have ever spent our money on. The quality of the Mural was amazing. The person we hired to install it said it was the best quality that she had worked with and she actually a lot of S&L wallpaper. We cannot wait to work with this company again. It truly has transformed our guest room. I wish we could upload a photo…amazing!

I found the company in Instagram and after tons and tons of choice found the perfect mural. I had fantastic, helpful friendly service. Danielle worked with me to slightly tweak/customise the design of mural to fit around TV and fire. Prompt responses from email and phone. I would recommend buying the samples to see the different types of paper and pattern close up. Very clear on putting up, each drop numbered at the bottom. Would highly recommended. 10/10.

The wallpaper itself is of great quality and looks amazing. But what stands out just as great is the customer service. Due to some unknown issue, we had trouble with the wall paper. But after dealing with Joe, he sorted everything out and resolved our concerns. I will definitely get more wall papers from here.

I spent over £600 for one wall. Wallpaper was installed by a professional whom I worked with many times before. The quality was so bad that it shows every joint and at the end it looks dirty- not a great result.
When I fed this back, I was told my professional decorator must have used a dirty cloth. Come on, it's his job... I ordered the wallpaper twice to rectify the issue, but both times the results were the same. No refund was offered, they just said that they think their quality of paper is good and up to standard.
Don't waster you money, any ready roll you buy from B&Q will give you a better look.

This company is trying to cut costs at all places. I placed two orders for two different homes of mine. Rather than
Packaging them separately they shoved both of them in one box. This caused great inconvenience for me. They should be sending them out SEPARATELY esp when they were separate orders placed a few days apart. How am I meant to separate them
Both when they have been rolled together and transport them to my other home? Shocking!

Absolutely brilliant service and product. I’ve never used wallpaper before but wanted something to elevate my home. My son’s room needed a makeover and Wallpaper Mural offered such beautiful patterns with the addition of free, bespoke adjustments . My son loved the pirate themed paper and the team added a ships cat at his request. The results were mind blowing! I placed my order without hesitation. It came with simple instructions and the peel and stick variety had pride of place in its new home within half a day (I’m a total novice but it was so simple to hang). I can’t thank the team enough. I’ll definitely purchase again in the future!
