I was verified for quite sometime…

I was verified for quite sometime depositng and withdrawals neither were a problem. Then a few weeks ago I logged in and wanted to use the bonus shop and use some gold that I have collected and purchase spins, but it would not let because aparently tghere was other account associated with my name. So I was told that they would have to re verify me so they could remove the "other" account. Werll that started a process that till this minute is still not resolved , First I have provided them with enough info (personal) that they should have noe problem removing other accounts so I could at the least use my gold in the bonus shop! Mope they have not done that even and second of all I deleted my emails from previous deposits and they wanted proof of payment so I made 3 seperate deposits last week so they would have there proof of payment and I have emailed and taken screenshots of every email I recieve from MY BANK, INTERAC, AND FROM WANTED WIN CASINO (whiuch states right in there own email to me ) that they have recieved so many $$ from so they acknowledge my deposit. but for some reason this is still not good enough for them tghey keep denying everything , I have not had an issue with ant other casino including their affilliated casinos Stay, Richards, and Slotzen!!!!! and this is all because i want to spend my gold that I have collected while playing there I am not trying to withdraw anything at the moment. I understand the whole procedure and verifying procedure etc. biut to do this to a loyal player for over 3 weeks now is uncalled for it feels like they are discriminating me based on my profile !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Need less to say they have definatly made this a very negative experience for me and have more then destroyed my excitment to even want to play there or any where ever again!!!!

My partner won $3300NZD on…

My partner won $3300NZD on wantedwin.com as soon as he withdrew the funds they confiscated them stating use of third party payment methods however all payment methods and documentation are in his name. They are refusing to pass him onto a manager and just keeps getting the same answer. They are claiming it is duplicate accounts but we have corresponded with their support team on several Occasions about this and they assured us that it was fine and they are happy for us to proceed and play as they are satisfied with the documents and believe it to be 2 seperate accounts as it is. As for claiming third party payments it was one paysafe voucher used 26/10/2023 and never again which support had questioned, accepted the information and proceeded to verify the account AGAIN and pay out previous winnings

They don't even deserve a star i deposited for the 4th time and won 900 with the 20 i putting in and 70 fs so I going g to withdraw and 400 was taking then q hour and they took another 400 this casino does not help u what so ever agent says 511 what u can withdrawl but it seem no o e there knows anything and the ones work there share just 1 braincell so now the way I deposited is the same way I'm withdrawal before they take the rest but I'm not allowed and I've been ask to make another deposited, so r they nuts like I'll ever play there again i want all of my winnings and be gone but they keep canceling my withdrawal so please help ,this casino has taking 800 and there license that's scary so please 🙏 I have screen shots , emails beware this is a headache

Unauthorised bet change

I was playing a game on auto play and doing pretty well. Without me doing anything and noticing (which was my fault) they had changed my bet. I didn’t touch it or anything, they just changed it. Within 10 spins $200 was gone. I even had the transaction history and they just said it was a technical issue and they won’t be doing anything about it. Be careful, they will never compensate for any technical issues.
