Purchased a Gold Bangle for my wife which at first I wasn't too sure on as these things can be difficult buying online, however it arrived the next day and it was perfect and exactly what my wife wanted. The service from Watchmax from start to finish was amazing, highly recommend.

Sold my information to scammers

I used a specific email address on watchmax (only) for a purchase years ago, in the time since that purchase my that email address has been sent scam emails about TV Licensing renewal and missed packages. The email address is a random string of characters, unguessable without having it.

I'd recommend not giving your information to this company, or purchasing anything from them.

Found the watch cheapest on WatchMax which was great. easy to order except after I placed the order I saw there was a 5% code. I called them and they said no problem, refunded me the 5% right away!

I ordered a replacement watch strap, it broke within 1 month of having and the company wouldn’t entertain replacing or a refund - the straps are not guaranteed so I would not purchase from here.

The delivery was fast.

When needing to know how to shorten the links in the watch, I asked them and their responses were super helpful and quick. Really great customer service. I made the links smaller myself.

The range of watches they have is huge. And the watch I bought is gorgeous. Looks really nice, is water resistant, and came in really nice packaging.

The price for the product is also astounding. Really happy with this purchase. Definitely do recommend, and I will be back for sure.

Amazing customer service, although i haven't yet received the watch i ordered, they personally phoned me to say the watch would be arriving late and offered me either a refund or asked if i was happy to wait. I have dealt with many company's like this and their customer service is usually so bad but i am more than delighted i found this company online, i will 100% be using them again. Cannot wait to receive my watch!
