Dishonest practises....
If you cannot touch the item, it is not IN STOCK. Its pretty simple. Stop conning customers! If the item needs to be manufactured AFTER a customer has ordered, then it isnt in stock.
Basically they list items as in stock then once youve ordered all the delays start being communicated as if they are unforeseen, when that isnt actually the case...
My parents recommended this website but I wish I had gone elsewhere (and listened to the previous reviews). I prefer to buy from customer focused company's. When I rang to complain the lady I spoke to didnt even apologise for the delays and seemed completely disinterested.
