Our Harcostar water butt, bought last June, had developed a leak during the winter, but we were delighted to find that there's a 5 year guarantee on them; two days later the replacement has arrived. Many thanks to EvenGreener, Harcostar and Emily for their help. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

My order was left "in a purple bin"- the waste disposal bin. I was in at the time, it was not "delivered" to me, it was left in a waste bin and has now been taken to landfill. Nowhere on my account did I designate the bin as a safe space, it was not available for my order.

EvenGreener were fantastic as soon as they picked up the issue. They sent replacements as soon as they possibly could, even going above and beyond to send an item that had gone out of stock with them from their sister supplier. Took a lot longer than it should have to get my items, but really good customer service. Thank you!

First time purchase from Evengreener. Great communications with Emily, products arrived as expected and were easy to install. One slight issue where connectors to connect together were missing but Emily resolved it immediately. Thank you!

Looking to buy a waterbutt and had been on several web sites before coming across Evergreener. Was unsure of exactly what I needed so rang and spoke to Emily. Emily was more than helpful in answering my queries and explaining the options. The butt I decided on was on offer but even at full price was much cheaper than advertised on other sites. The process from buying to delivery was straightforward and I was so pleased with the waterbutt I called Emily and bought another one. Yet again Emily was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed to have to connect the two together.

Our daughter gave my husband a Christmas present but a part was missing. I emailed the company and had a very quick response and the missing part was received the next day by courier. Excellent customer service.

The initial order arrived incomplete. I contacted them and the missing parts arrived the following day.

It would have been better for the first delivery to be correct, but they made amends as quickly as possible.

Had a Warranty claim, 41/2 years into a 5year warranty. Was sorted out quickly and efficiently with the replacement tank arriving quickly.

When I realised that the item I ordered did not suit my needs, the team were really helpful in getting it returned and giving me a refund.

Looks good but poor quality. Would NOT recommend
1. The clear plastic level gauge falls out when full of water. Customer service have stopped responding on this problem.
2. filler hole hard to drill because the blank area is not flat.
3. bottom is level but the top is not, i.e. slight banana shape.
Tip - use silicone grease when installing the taps to prevent leaks.
Unable to submit a review on their website because it asks for a star ratting but there is nowhere to enter one. Tried in both Chrome and Edge.

Prompt, helpful, efficient service given over a water barrel that I had ordered and leaked at the tap.
The member of staff sent a new tap out first class and reassured me that if I still had a problem to get back in touch.
I received the tap and all worked perfectly

Blooming awful service. 3 wrong orders delivered between 4th and 16 September 2025 and a living room full of incorrectly delivered items I can't get collected.

Wonderful service! I ordered a rain water butt and connector kit in the afternoon, and it all arrived the next morning, safe and sound -- and ahead of the despatch notification! That's an amazing turnaround. Well done all concerned. All I need now is rain....

Ordered water butt and delivered within 3 days, well within estimated timescales. Reported length of hose was too short and replacement issued and delivered promptly with no hassles. Excellent product and fantastic customer service (Thanks Emily). I will be recommending EvenGreener to folk.

The water tank was not supplied with the correct fittings as per the listing on their website. I have tried twice to get them to sort it out and both times they have fobbed me off saying they have referred the issue to the manufacturer. I'm a couple of months down the road and still no resolution so I've sorted the issue myself. Great item but very poor customer service. I would not use them again as customer service is as important as product quality if not more so.

Product was good, but had to wait over a month for it to be delivered (despite estimate of 3-14 days), which was really disappointing.

Ordered a water butt - which came promptly a few mornings later.

It took about an hour in total for me to install it but now looks great.

It was missing a couple of taps when it arrived, I emailed their customer services who sent out a pair of taps which were received two days later.

I wish that I would have read these reviews before ordering with this company. My order was pretty straightforward consisting of two items, not only after a lengthy delivery date, the required parts that I needed were incorrect. Thank goodness I ordered the water butt from Amazon.

It is difficult to make contact with this company. Phone lines are often closed when they should be open during business hours and emails can go unanswered for several days. The item I ordered was apparently dispatched but never delivered and whilst I got a refund it was a frustrating experience having waited over 2 weeks for a delivery.
