Ignore all the negative reviews. This is a excellent company with first class customer service. A couple of minor hitches were speedily and efficiently resolved. The customer service ladies who answered the phone were pleasant, polite and helpful.
I harbour not a single complaint. If I need another water feature at anytime in the future then I know who to contact.
Take the negative reviews with a large pinch salt.

Ordered water feature which arrived next day. Unfortunately three screws would not thread into holes on support arm which holds the bowls of the water feature. I reported the fault late afternoon by email. Automatic acceptance response received immediately. Early next day an apology and question about the problem was received. Quickly following my reply came an email saying a replacement part was being dispatched. It arrived the next day. The water feature is working perfectly. Excellent service. Most impressed.

Excellent after sales service when original pump failed with advice on improving water flow out of the feature

When I ordered the water feature, I was a little nervous seeing some of the negative reviews, especially around customer service, but took the view that most were during lock-down so not unexpected to be operating at reduced levels. Unfortunately our water feature developed a manufacturing fault with badly bubbled paint after a few weeks. After initially approaching the manufacturer they instructed me to contact the supplier.

I have to say, the customer service could not have been better. The lady on the phone was understanding and quite reasonably asked me to send a couple of photos to their customer services email which I did on Friday afternoon. I got an automated email with a ticket number and advice that replies may take 3-5 working days (fair enough). However, on Monday I got an email from customer services confirming that a replacement was being sent, asking me to dispose of the faulty one and suggesting I retain the pump as a spare. On Tuesday morning the replacement arrived.

How good is that? and in the midst of a global pandemic too! Really couldn't ask for better service.

Just purchased our water jug feature we are so pleased with the item it came very quickly, Dylan the delivery guy bought it into the porch for me, excellently packaged was easy to set up and looks lovely, when I emailed with a query it was very promptly dealt with by Laura...I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family so happy..

On the 22nd of may 2020 I purchased a water feature. Shortly after we started having problems spoke to a very nice lady and explained what the problem was Promised to ring back no phone call rang again promised to ring back the same day when she had spoken to head office I believe it was head office I rang still no phone call both ladies were polite on the phone but still bad customer service for not returning calls after reassurance to ring backI now have a water feature which does not work would not recommend this company
Regarding the above review I am please to say that the issue is now resolved and would like to thank Louise very much for sorting this out it is very much appreciated and I would order from them in the future

Very pleased with this water feature - it blends into our small yard very well, and helps with the oasis feel we are trying for. It also has lights! I didnt realise when I bought it and the effect is charming as it gets dark.

I bought the 4 bowl solar water feature and am very happy with it. It was easy to order and delivery was in the time specified, it was easy to assemble and looks lovely. It was very well packed too, all in all a good buy.

I chose a beautiful marble water feature, described as 'sunset'. It arrived, well packed, promptly delivered, within 3 days. It is really lovely - beautiful colouring and smooth and elegant shape. As good as it appeared in the advert, if not better! It will, I am sure look fabulous once I have it up and running in my new garden. Thanks!

We ordered a sparkling bowls water feature from this company, but on arrival through no fault of their own (as they come direct from the manufacture) it had parts missing/ damaged. I was expecting an uphill struggle to get this rectified, but couldn't have been more wrong. Laura on customer services was brilliant and we had a replacement unit within four days and that included the weekend!!
It is so reassuring to have this level of customer service now days and also to speak directly to one person who sorted our problem from start to finish.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family and we shall definitely be using them again in the future

We have been dealing with this company for a few years since we bought our yin and yang water feature. We now order spare parts and they are very competitive with great communication from Louise and a prompt reliable service!

I ordered the 'Sparkling Bowls' water feature at a very good price, and this was delivered to my house within 36 hours. I found that the pump speed could not be adjusted as it should be and I received a replacement pump within the week.
Excellent price, and priceless service.

We ordered the Garda Water Feature and within 2 days it was delivered , well packaged, we checked to see if it was all there. Assembled it 2 days later , it is now up and running and we are very pleased with it.
The only downside was we did not ge an email informing us of delivery date, so was greatley surprised to return from work and find a very large box in my front garden ! Fortunatley my neighbour happened to be home so eas able to sign for it and organize a safe place ...

Lovely water feature at best price on the internet. Delivery a bit slow due to Covid. They could convey this message a bit better in confirmation email. My enquiries met with prompt email/telphone reply. I would definitley purchase from the company again. Sean

I need to thank you so very much for the service I have had from your company.

When the young lady rang on the 16th to arrange delivery I advised that is was a birthday present on the 17th and with no hesitation she arranged a next day delivery.

The driver arrived in the afternoon and wished my husband a happy birthday which was lovely and my husband had absolutely no idea about the gift.

As I explained to the young lady and driver, I am lucky to have my husband still with me. Over the years he has suffered with heart issues and a bypass and in February he went into cardiac arrest and it took 5 minuets to bring him back so this birthday was very special to me hence the more than usual amount spent on a birthday present but I knew it was something he has always wanted.

As you can see by the pictures, it looks perfect and he was so please that we set it up on the Saturday in the rain and spent all of Sunday sitting out in the garden enjoying it. It is just the job and I cannot thank you and your team enough for going over and above to make his birthday special. THANK YOU.

No problems at all with this company, Really happy with my waterfeature, looks amazing, and deliveried on a pallet so arrived in mint condition.

Delighted with my copper water feature. Had a poblem with the pump but a new one was sent in 48hrs and problem solved. Glad I had not read these reviews before I ordered because I dont think I would have. Service was first class and product is wonderful. Communicated everything by email and service was excellent. You do have to wait, as it tells you when you send the email, for you reply as they have a queing system, which is understandable in the present climate. Once they start dealing with it they are spot on. Thanks to them for their lovely customer service and wonderful product.

wish I too had read the previous reviews, ordered a reservoir and pump on 13th of May money taken on the 14th finally had a confirmation of my order on 19th of June and here we are on 8th of July with no word of delivery phone not answered and no reply to e-mail if you want your goods in a hurry use someone else!
