Solid Communication and Delivery

In my time thus far with WD, communication has been great. We are working on a few different projects together and I am happy. We are currently optimizing some things and finding the perfect piece to scale, but so far so good. Tony is very responsive and hops on things right away to have them resolved and keep things moving. I really appreciate that.

Terrible experience- do not use this business.

Do not waste your time with this terrible business.
They wasted countless hours trying to upsell me on an initial onboard session.
They then delivered shocking social media content, which did not take into account anything I had discussed via email, phone call or the video session.
They then kept charging my card each month, despite numerous attempts to contact and ask to cancel.
STAY well away from these people.

Joshua promised that their company…

Joshua promised that their company would put out 2 pieces of content weekly on Facebook, Instagram,and Tik Tok. THAT WAS A FAT LIE. The initial consultation sounded " TO GOOD TO BE TRUE." After not fulfilling their end of the contract they actually tried to bill me for services NON RENDERED. After calling back several times to speak to Joshua he would not and has not returned my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY. They have good intentions just don't have the ability to fulfill their goals for you the client.

Terrible experince with Web Dynamics

What a terrible experince with Web Dynamics.
I paid for the service and booked in an Onboarding call. The link they gave me was invalid and noone was available to help or give me another link. I cancelled clients to attend the meeting, so i lost money and didnt get to talk to anybody. I tried every means of communicating to get a new link, but it was clear noone was even coming to the meeting.
I then emailed them to complain and ask for another meeting, no response for 4 days. I have contacted the bank to dispute the paymwent and cancelled any transactions with them . Not worth the trouble. Dont be swayed by the slick marketing on social medi, they act like a scam

My regrettable experience with Web Dynamics

My regrettable experience with Web Dynamics has been marred by disorganization and broken promises. From missed and late meetings to a complete lack of transparency, the company has proven to be anything but professional.

Their initial commitment to allowing me to use their software for publishing articles turned out to be a blatant misrepresentation. This misleading information wasted my time and money, highlighting a severe lack of integrity.

In an attempt to salvage my investment, I requested a membership cancellation and refund during unproductive onboarding meetings—before any social media content was produced or discussed. Despite their acknowledgment, Web Dynamics has failed to honor this request, leaving me frustrated and at a financial loss for over two months.

Even involving the Better Business Bureau has not prompted any resolution. This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill a simple refund request speaks volumes about Web Dynamics' commitment to customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Web Dynamics, especially for those new to social media advertising. Their unprofessionalism, false promises, and disregard for customer concerns make them an unreliable and untrustworthy partner. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more reputable service.

Scroll past their website and save yourself the stress of having to deal with incompetence

I really wish there was the option on here to give minus stars. I initially signed up with this company in June 2023 to do weekly social media posts on my business as I was short on time to do this myself. My experiences with them have been frustrating as they simple do not listen to what you are telling them. Their content is awful and incorrect. I spent more time having them correct the ads. I tried reaching out to their manager but failed to get any rersponse. The posts for July were approved without my knowledge and when i did eventually look at these ads, I was totally shocked at how incorrect the content was. By this time, I had enough and sent them an email telling them to cancel the subscription and refund the money for July subscription. They have failed to do this. Please, if you are considering having a company do your social media, swiftly scroll past this companies website. Save your self both money plus the stress of having to deal with this unprofessional outfit. Never again!

BUYERS BEWARE * BAIT AND SWITCH * SCAMMERS * SPAMMERS * DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME



As the previous review states, I had a terrible experience with Web Dynamics International, as well. After signing up and paying for their social media posting package, I was bombarded with pressure and persistent follow-ups to upgrade my plan from $75 a month to $1500. During the onboarding call, they wasted over an hour pitching their expensive services instead of addressing my needs. When I declined their upsell, their attitude turned sour, and they abruptly hung up on me. It's been two weeks, and I haven't seen a single post from them, despite their promise of 15 custom posts a month. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but they have been unresponsive. I'm left with no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card. Their deceptive tactics and lack of delivery are extremely disappointing."

Don’t waste your time with Web Dynamics and look for a reputable firm to do you social media campaigns.

Less than mediocre

I signed on for a package that offered 15 posts on facebook and instagram over one month period. I descibed my business told them the sort of things I offer, I gave them a list of other business like my own on facebook that they could reference to as well. What they came up with was so far off from what I had asked for. Not only were the post very very generic and blah but they stated that I offered things that I don't even deal in. It was so bad and so far off from what I had requested. the first set of posts I didn't even get to proof before they went on my page and I had to delet them, they rest I was sent to proof I had to re write and the background was the same in almost all of them. I told them to not post anything else and that I would no longer be needing the service. I was so glad that when during the initial set up when I was pressured into signing up for advertising as well that I waited first to see how the post turned out. While I was only out $65.00 (I did not ask for a refund as they stated no refunds are given) it could of been more. I realized I could better at writing my own posts then they did. Nothing they wrote would of caught my attention or made me wish to check further into what is was about. Very disappointed with the service to the point it was so bad I didn't even want to give them a second chance when they offered. Why pay for a service that you basicly have to go back and correct when you can just do it yourself for free.
