Where have you been!!!! Oh my goodness if you are like me and ordered your contacts and glasses right though your doctors office - STOP now. The ease of the website, the number of items offered, the customer service and number one - the price!!!! Fast shipping, well packaged and same items I would get at my doctors for so much less. Very pleased with ordering experience
I was hesitant with ordering online since this was my first time purchasing contacts with Webcare. I emailed for assistance and I received a phone call promptly. The customer service representative stayed on the phone and walked me through the steps. She was very helpful and very patient.She made sure I had everything entered correctly, including my eye insurance. She provided great service and took care of my needs! The price of my order was $387 cheaper than where I have been previously ordering. She explained my contacts will ship tomorrow and I will receive an email with a tracking number.

I just got my prescription updated and…
I just got my prescription updated and needed to order new lenses. I did not know how to update my prescription on the website. Initially I couldn't find it. Thankfully I received Mark as my customer support specialist. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience one of ease and enjoyable. I was able to order my new lenses quickly. The customer service was Top notch and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Mark for making this such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be ordering through Webeyecare again and recommending to friends!

Great customer service from Mark! I thought I was texting a chat bot then he asked to call me. We discussed more of the order issue on the phone call. All was resolved and processed within a couple hours. Thank you Mark for taking the time to listen and help resolve the issue at hand!

You must have an issue with your warehouse cause I have had an issue a few times recovering the incorrect prescription and when you call or email customer service they want to accuse you of lying to them to get something free. Extremely poor service

I ordered a 90 day supply for each eye…
I ordered a 90 day supply for each eye and ended up with a 30 day supply for each eye same price as 90 . Throughly disappointed.

Purchased 1 yr supply of contacts, had some issues but spoke with mark and he has went above and beyond to correct what happened, I truly believe this company cares about me as an individual and my health. I will be purchasing in the future just might have to follow up with them but not a big deal

Great customer service and price
Great customer service. I forgot to take off my coupon code and they did that too. Easy eye exam to renew my prescription for cheap - doctor tried to have me redo at $90 and this was only $15. Great cost on contacts. Price on previous provider (Contact Lens King) nearly doubled and they were not willing to come down, while this company honored the original price. Great deal and customer service.

The thing that makes Web Eye Care great is that the contacts come in a very timely manner and at a cheaper price than you can get elsewhere. I tried getting them from someone else last year and regreted it. I will not waste my time any longer.

The order process was very easy. I went straight to the brand, uploaded my RX and placed the order. My contacts came very quick and was exactly as my RX. The cost was very good also.

Will never use this company again. BEWARE! very misleading. Price was 10.44 per box I order 8 boxes, they only ship 4 and claim there is a $40.09 processing
fee . Out sourced customer service reps very hard to
