Poor customer service and don't ring you back

The company uses Dpd local who give you a 1 hour time slot who then don't even bother to try and deliver even though your at home,I contacted Webster tools twice during Friday afternoon with a promise that someone would ring me back which no one did, I rang on a third time at 5.30 and a machine message says they are closed until Tuesday, Dpd would not redeliver until Monday morning they didn't really care that I was loosing money and needed the tool for work! I've cancelled my order with them as I'd rather order my tools with a company who can actually ring you back if there is a problem. I'd be embarrassed if my employees treated my customers in that way.

Was quick and easy to find and order

Was quick and easy to find and order. Price was low. Arrived quite quick. Same set-up as old one. Started on first attempt. Not worked it on the garden yet. Time will tell if it is capable.

Generally a good service

Product I ordered was exactly as described. Delivery timing was good. Packaging left a lot to be desired. Huge cardboard box for a smallish item with a bit if brown paper and a bit of bubble wrap. My item was rattling about inside the box
