Collected my dress from Newcastle last week. Fell in love with it all over again and my mother-in-law to be was lost for words at seeing it for the first time 🥰 Can’t thank the girls in store enough. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. From trying dress on to bringing out accessories to try and compliment it even more. Would highly recommend. 10/10 from me x

Had a great experience with my future daughter in law. We had the pleasure of Kay (think that’s her name). From the moment we walked in, everything was well presented and Kay was on hand to help. We tried on lots of different dresses and liked bits of every dress but then Kay worked her magic and pulled out a winner. Thank you so much for all your help, we even shed a little tear together at the end.

My bridal party and I visited the Stockport store yesterday. I hadn’t got a clue what I wanted in my dress, I was just purely going to try out different styles to see what looked good and what didn’t. We were looked after by Carol and Lesley and both of them were absolutely faultless, they made me feel at ease, they gave their honest opinions of what styles suited and which ones didn’t which I really appreciated! They allowed me time to study each dress and try on the one I loved again at the end to see if it really was the one! They found alternative dresses, talked us through all alterations that could be done and supplied a list of seamstresses too. From start to finish, it was a lovely experience, they were both patient, approachable and helpful in every possible way, my mum is physically disabled but they took care of her by bringing in chairs for her, operating the lift, moving the podium so she could see whilst sat down etc. we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I said yes to the dress and it’s all thanks to Carol and Lesley!

Today I visited the Stockport store. Where do I start. I was nervous to go shopping for my dream dress, I've never been one to have a fuss made of me, so this was new.
As soon as we arrived we were looked after. My details were taken and I was let loose to pick a selection of dresses.
The nerves soon went and Carol was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable, helping me get in and out of the dresses.
All the staff here were so helpful and my experience was perfect, I arrived at the store feeling nervous but left feeling like a princess.
I left with my dream dress ordered, thank you Carol and the rest of the staff.

Excellent experience at the Rotherham shop. Took my daughter in Feb to look for a prom dress. She was able to browse lots of different styles and try them on with zero pressure. The one she chose wasn’t the style she’d expected but looked fab. The dress was ordered in her chosen size. It arrived in good time for the prom and we collected it today - again trying it on and with the assistant ensuring we were happy with it. One very happy young lady,

Wed4less was our second shop on the first day of dress shopping. I didn’t really have much idea what I wanted and needed some guidance which I hadn’t got in the previous shop. We were greeted with kindness and only a very short wait to be seen. Michaela then came to help and she was AMAZING from the minute she started assisting. The FIRST dress she chose for me ended up being the one, I just knew. Michaela was patient and allowed me to try on 2 more dresses so I didn’t rush my decision. She was very upfront with costs and respectful of the fact we may have had a budget. I would recommend this store to anyone, especially Michaela! I had a fantastic experience looking for a wedding dress at Wed4Less in Newcastle. From the get go Ashley was very friendly and kind, she made me feel comfortable. You get to pick your own dresses out and there is no pressure. Nothing felt faked or forced, she was just incredibly helpful. I managed to find, buy and take my dress home on the same day. 100% recommend.

Michela at Newcastle branch was very friendly from the minute she opened the door, put me at ease, was really informative when it come to choosing a shape to suit me,helped me in and out of dresses without any awkwardness and I chose the perfect one thanks to her help.

Collected my dress at the weekend from Wed4Less Newcastle . Great quality, faster than expected and a lovely experience from start to finish. I was nervous initially going to try on dresses but Michela was fantastic and put me at ease. She spent time to understand what I was looking for and recommended a great dress!

Staff were lovely and kind here. Angie was fabulous helping me out finding my perfect dress, and she took in consideration the type of venue I’m getting married in and my preferences to give me advice. She also gave me great tips on alterations that could be done to the dress if needed and she was so patient and helpful. I had a fantastic experience, I love my dress and the price and the fact that no previous appointment was needed. Thanks so much!!

I went here originally at the beginning of my dress journey and tried a few dresses on! Ally was very good! She was lovely to work with and so patient and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I tried on a dress I fell in love with but wasn't quite right. She took the time to go through the options with me and let me know if I ordered it how I wanted the time frame I was looking at and wrote it all down for me. A few shops later and I was back!! This time with the lovely Ashley who was amazing too! She was there to help me try the dress on again and one with the colour scheme I wanted. She made sure I ordered the correct dress in the correct colour. No other shop gave quite the same customer service experience And for an "outlet" there is really no comparison. I would highly highly reccommend trying this place. I have done a custom order but the dresses they have are amazing and so so much choice! Thank you girls I never thought I would find my dress but now I can't wait for my day! ❤️❤️

Bridesmaid dress shopping should be a fun and exciting experience—but not when Wed4less is involved. What started as a joyful outing quickly turned into a nightmare once the dresses were ordered.

Despite paying for rush delivery, the dresses arrived over 30 days late with minimal communication from the company and the lack of updates made the entire process incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, when we finally received the dresses, there was no apology - just a comment that we should understand it had been stressful for them too.

The poor customer service and complete lack of accountability made this an unnecessary source of stress for the bride. 100% would not recommend.

I came dress shopping today with my sister & mam. We had a lovely experience thanks to Angie. She couldn’t do enough for my sister & us. Fantastic customer service. My sister said yes to the dress. Thank you Angie.

Good service from staff to start with. Bad dress. Bought wedding dress, tried on for alterations but dress didn't feel right on top half, rung them up and emailed customer services but neither was interested- was told to go elsewhere for the alterations. X2 tailors both said the dress was different to what I ordered, different from photos on internet and the dress in the shop, but shop not interested. Would not recommend this shop. Have had to now pay a lot to get the dress altered properly. Sleeves were already on the dress, I only asked for them to be infilled and confirmed by tailor, the infills are too thick. Now sleeves need cutting open and the infill taking out, was also told it looks like material has been taken off the dress from the top.

Fantastic visit to the Rotherham branch. Katie was amazing and helped me choose my wedding dress which fits perfectly so I decided to take it home on the day. Katie's service was impeccable and she was ready with the tissues just when I needed them. Thank you so much Katie, you are amazing

After ordering 2 dresses online and them both being unsuitable I visited Wed4less Stockport with my daughter,We parked up easily and entered the store to be greeted by Debbie who was fantastic,I knew which dresses i wanted to try and they had them all to try in my size.
Next Lesley took over and looked after me in the changing room, helping me in and out of dresses, she chatted to me all the time and made me feel at ease.
I walked into the store a bit disheartened with my previous attempts at trying to find a dress and walked out with my dream dress, So happy!! Thanks Ladies

I loved how kind and helpful all of the staff were when I was picking my prom dress and gave me many choices and options to choose from

I have to give great feedback for Katie in the Halifax store. She was very attentive, understanding and extremely helpful. I had been to another wedding shop before there and unfortunately, just didn't find anything that matched up, so I have bought the other one, but I cannot praise Katie enough for her patience and her finding some beautiful dresses to try on

I’m really impressed with this bridal shop and was made to feel completely at ease by Kate who was truly lovely ad patient. She talked me through the process clearly and gave me lots of time to pick dresses out with my mum, stepping in to offer clarity on sizing or alterations etc. She and her trainee Olivia made me feel so comfortable whilst I tried on a selection of dresses and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Kate was also very nurturing with her trainee as she taught her the ropes. I left undecided about a dress but would wholeheartedly recommend coming here to experience such brilliant and friendly service. Thank you!
