I have a wedding deco to do in…
I have a wedding deco to do in July.I've been trying to order from this company for months. For some reason this following message keeps on coming: "The Authorisation Rejected by the vendor rule- base". I really don't know what is going on. Meanwhile I've ordered some on the company items on Ebay. But still not able to order on the company website for the items that I can't see on Ebay. My billing and delivery addresses are the same. What is the problem?

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Would seriously advise anyone that’s thinking of buying anything to think again. I returned a flower wall stand as it was too big which it took 2 weeks to arrive in the first place. When o emailed 2 weeks after I returned the item I got an email back to say it had clearly been used it was damaged etc I can honestly say it was took out the box for 10 minutes then taped back up and sent back. They obviously don’t want to give refunds. Also the person dealing with me has been awful.

Had a problem with a order receptionist could not help she sent 2 messages to sales team they didn’t even bother replying poor service won’t be using again once I get my money back

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. The flowers I had originally ordered they could not provide due to stock so gave me a perfect alternative. They called me to discuss this before sending which I thought was brilliant service. The gentleman was very polite and understanding. It was here the next day.
