Poor customer service after web order
I purchased a snow globe from the website just before Christmas,and had to call customer services 2 weeks later to see why it hadn’t been delivered. I was told that they would look in to it, but had no return phone call. I received an email a few days later telling me that my order had been cancelled and they had sold out. I phoned again, telling them that this was extremely poor service, that at the time, I could have purchased the globe on Amazon, and that it was a gift for a family memeber who collected their globes and now would not have their 2019 edition. I asked them to find me one, which to their credit they did, via their factory shop. Come on Wedgwood, I have purchased your products for 30 years, sort yourselves out. We don’t want another of our great British manufacturers going the way of Royal Worcester!!
