Great products and service, promotions increase value overall, I’ve had a few issues with damaged delivery’s but Holland and Barrett have swiftly resolved issues and put things right. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

Been a customer for quite a while now, never returned anything before now, customer services quite disappointing, the lady I spoke to said firstly let me apologise as this is not the type of customer service we like provide but then casually told me you'll have to wait 21 days, 2 items returned in the same box but only refunded for 1, her reason for this was it might have to be checked if it was opened or something, no it was sealed, would never return a product that was opened, disappointed customer

I ordered 3 packets of barley flakes last week. The order was cancelled and I went to the Kendal shop to find out why. I was recommended to speak to customer services, but I found that I was talking to a robot and could find no way of speaking to a person. I don't know whether you do or don't stock barley flakes for ordering online and collecting in the shop.

As usual good products a good competitive price so very pleased

Making use of the various offers available brings the cost down substantially and the products are always top notch. Having long best buy dates also makes bulk buying a bonus and products are always well packaged and delivered speedily.

I went in on Sunday 22nd March at 3pm to ask about Root Ginger. The girl was more interested in her mobile phone when i was asking her questions. She didnt give me any eye contact whilst in the shop. We went back 10 mins later to look in the window but she was still scrolling through her phone. This is not the service i have experienced in any other branch.

I buy Steva all the time but now I was told that the shop I buy from no longer sell it and that I I to order it online, but why should I have to pay postage everytime I want to buy this product. Now I have to order the product via the shop and then make a return trip 2 days later to pick it up. I am now looking to see where else I can buy this product and actually take it home after purchasing it.
