Attenzione SCAM/Truffa. Questa compagnia si inventa di sana pianta dei danni inesistenti alla vettura. Da denuncia. Ci è stato contestato un danno inesistente al cofano di una cinquecento per un importo di 235 euro. Impossibile da vedere ad occhio nudo, questi maledetti hanno sfruttato il fatto che abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina la mattina presto al key box senza poter quindi contestare di persona. State alla larga da questi far@butti se ci tenete ai vostri soldi.

Do not use this company! They are either completely incompetent or scammers. I hired a car off them about 18 months ago. A few months after I got home they took money from my account for processing a traffic ticket. Entirely possible I picked up a ticket but the notice they sent me was in somebody else's name and not for a date I had the car! Visa refunded the money they took from my account. Six months later they took money again this time with no warning or explanation. Again, refunded by Visa. They are still harrassing me and I'll probably pay them what they want just to get rid of them.

If I sign a contract I'm happy to abide by its terms but I don't appreciate a company who charge me for other customer's mistakes then either ignore or take over two months to reply to emails. There are lots of car hire comapnies in Olbia. Save yourself the hassle and use a different one.

Please, never rent a car from this company. You will come to regret it.

We had so many issues with this company, and all during the same rental period. The worst was that the car we got was in such a bad condition: the front tires had no profile at all, the shock absorber was badly damaged, oil level was too low, no window cleaner fluids, and no spare tire. Since the car was so badly maintained, we demanded that they would bring us a new car (driving a car with no profile on the front tires is really dangerous, as you understand). They would not do so, so eventually, after a lot of hassle, we brought the car back ourselves and got another. They asked us to fill in a damage form. We found it strange, since the damage was caused by bad maintenance on their part, but they reassured us it was just for their administration (just in case I wrote on the form it was due to their bad maintenance). When coming home, they had send an E-mail claiming we caused the damage, and in spite of being insured, we appearantly had to pay for the fact that the car couldn't be rented out for the duration of the repairs.

They were unhelpfull, didn't understand simple logic, didn't call me back when I asked them too, didn't pick up the phone during office hours, deceitful (asking us to fill in the form for 'administration purposes'), and not even one apology for the trouble they caused us (we had to spent an entire day of our holiday to fix their problem), and last of all, unlawfully claimed money from us.

In short, I have nothing good to say about how they treat their customers, and I really advise against every doing business with these criminals.
