Snelle rechtzetting
Er werd e verkeerde fles geleverd, ik schreef hiervoor e mail en kreeg dezelfde dag e mail terug met de vermelding dat de juiste fles onmiddellijk verstuurd ging worden. De dag erop ontving ik h juiste product. Dat noem ik service.

Unfortunately paying by Credit Card is not possible because of some products we sell which they don't accept, same with an express delivery service. Believe us we have tried and are still on it. De verpakking kwam helemaal ingedeukt…
De verpakking kwam helemaal ingedeukt toe. De verpakking van de producten waren ook al deels beschadigd. Dit had beter gekund. Voor de rest vond ik de levering enorm snel.

Dank je voor je review Annelies. Vervelend om te horen dat je het pakketje helemaal ingedeukt en deels beschadigd ontvangen hebt. Uiteraard versturen wij nooit ingedeukte en beschadigde verpakkingen dan wel producten en vinden het dan ook jammer dat je ons niet eerst even had benaderd zodat we naar een oplossing hadden kunnen kijken alvorens je deze review had geplaatst. Tot ook onze grote ergernis gaan de couriers er niet altijd even zorgvuldig mee om en zou deze review eigenlijk bestemd moeten zijn voor de courier. We zullen uiteraard contact opnemen met PostNL om dit in de toekomst te vermijden. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

We just hired When Nature Calls yesterday, and we have never ever had such a beautiful landscaping job done like this company did for us today, They were on time, explained what they were doing from start to finish. Joe & Taryn and their crew totally amazed me with such a extremely beautiful job. I have had several companies before but not like this company. Y'all need to hire them ASAP, I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Their pricing is very very fair, well worth every penny!! I just want to thank Joe & Taryn and their crew for such a beautiful job!!!
