Thank you Vincent for your review and we are sorry to hear you didn't received your order yet. We shipped your order within 24 hours you made your order, 17 januari and your parcel arrived in France on 18 Januari. We have contacted the courier and the local shipping partner in France has some delays which is now 2 weeks and like we communicate with you before you can contact your local delivery service (Colis Privé) as well that you expect a parcel. We have asked our courier to investigate this issue to get the parcel delivered. We are very sorry for the delay and inconvenience.

Thank you very much for your review Liane and we are sorry to hear your order isn't delivered yet on 24Jan. We processed and shipped your order 17 Jan the same day you placed your order 17 Jan. The tracking status is telling they did not make the promised timeframe for your delivery. This concerns an international shipment from the Netherlands to France and we are dependent on the courier so are you, the handling of the France customs and the courier in France to deliver your package. Unfortunately, we have no influence on how fast this is going and it is taking sometimes longer than we would like due to all kinds of factors. We ask you to be patient, hope your order will be delivered as soon as possible and we think the most important thing is that it will eventually be delivered. In the tracking link you will find also the link "follow in another country" the local partner in France which you can contact as well that you expect a parcel.

As we communicatie by email on this issue before, we are confused here because your adres is proper on the parcel with the exact adres details you filled in by making the order which you can see as well in the tracking status you received. The Post label on the parcel is automatically generated. You told us you did had contact with the Post service in your country and scheduled a second delivery attempt which will be tomorrow. We hope your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible and we kindly will ask you to give the Postal service a change to deliver your parcel.
