Merci pour votre avis. D'après votre examen et la vérification de votre statut de suivi, nous comprenons que vous n'avez pas encore reçu votre colis. Nous avons expédié votre commande le jour même où vous avez passé votre commande. Malheureusement, il est retardé plus longtemps que d'habitude et nous sommes en contact avec le coursier. Pourquoi ne nous avez-vous pas contactés afin que nous puissions enquêter et résoudre votre problème avant de nous accuser d'escroquerie ?
