Jo Hilditch, British Cassis and Framboise and White Heron Drinks.
I saw Jo Hilditch and her British Cassis on Dragon's Den when it first aired some years ago. I wanted to order some at the time but seem to have forgotten about it.
Fast forward a few years and the Dragon's Den YouTube channel reuploaded Jo's pitch in October 2022. It got my mouth watering again and I thought I'd see if Jo was still making her British Cassis and Framboise. Now branded as White Heron Drinks, the website was well designed and easy to use.
I decided on some British Cassis and Framboise in a gift set. I haven't tried them yet, I'll update my review when I have, but I'm saving them for Christmas Day!
I was a little worried that Jo might have gone out of business because the checkout page on 3 November 2022 gave a warning about delivery delays for Christmas 2020! I was worried that I might have missed my opportunity since the checkout appeared to have not been updated for almost two years, so I called the number on the website.
I'm not sure who I spoke with, it sounded like Jo, but she was very helpful whoever she was.
I placed the order and it arrived two days later - very quickly. It's well designed and packaged and I really like the branding. I can't wait to try the British Cassis and Framboise. I can just tell they're going to be delicious and high quality.
