SCAM - AVOID.

Used Facebook marketplace to purchase furniture but never arrived, and is ignoring my messages/emails.

As with others below, the profile that was used was Maggie Tuczapska.

Wish I'd checked this page before purchasing.

Big scam artist using multiple profiles to sell, mt interiors, yorkshire home interiors, iron rose, no showroom, really rude and will do anything to scam you. Does not honour sales, cancels, ignores, and relists. Maggie Tuczapska is her name but she is now going by Phyliss Magdalena. Avoid at all costs. Report to trading standards.

Then asked about pick up was informed no longer available asked for refund - given the run around with total BS
Contacted them many times including about going to the police - reply ok go ahead - no concerns what’s so ever
Ironically the same item supposedly out our stock is now relisted - they are also using multiple profiles on FB with the same item

As many many many before me, this company doesn’t deserve a mm of a star. I ordered two wardrobes on the 23 December 2021. Nearly 9 months on, not a single reply to any of my emails, calls or Facebook messages. To say I am furious is an understatement. If anyone has had any luck obtaining a response please could you let me know.

I’m sure I am in the same boat as many, I don’t have the luxury of loosing this money.

How the director of this ‘company’ sleep at night after treating customers like this is beyond me. I’m appalled.

This is an update on the ongoing saga of recouping my money. This COMPANY has admitted that they have been DISSOLVED, yet their website remains active and also allows you to purchase products. They have said that they wish me to be patient, it has now been over 7 weeks and they would issue a refund, which has not materialised. I still cannot believe that the fraud prevention teams have not applied to have this website shut down. They did state that they were not associated with the trustpilot reviewed company if which I am reporting against which is an interesting statement when all I want is a refund to a mythical product that they do not have. As with others, they apply stalling tactics to eventually grind you down or they can swan off with their illegally gained money that good honest people like you and I cannot afford to lose. As a warning, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. TO DO SO IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Do Not Order. I Had To Ask The Bank To Refund Me. They Agreed To A Refund But Never Paid Be Back After Several Calls And Emails And No Response. Complete Nightmare. In Stock When Ordered, And Yet Out Of Stock When I Called. They Sent Me A Delivery Tracker Info But It Was False. They Also Sent A Screenshot Of The Pending Refund, But This Was False As Well.

I have never had the unfortunate experience of purchasing goods from a company and having such an awful experince. I gave this company £500 for 4 dining chairs on 15 January and i still waiting for the goods. I've sent numerous emails and calls I've given up trying to speak to anyone. Even threatened legal action to no avail. I'm a single mum I've had to scrimp and save to get the money for these chairs. This company doesn't care. I wished I'd read these reviews before handing over my hard earned cash to this unscrupulous scammer...
Please don't deal with this company you'll loose your money and wont get your goods. The reviews that have given more than 1star can't be legit.

Ordered furniture early January from iron rose home - it’s now March and still haven’t received items or refunds!

They do reply occasionally making you think it’s ok but I have reported to action fraud as complete scammers!

They now trade under MT Yorkshire interiors so avoid either company!

If I could have given minus I would, ordered 6 Jan 2022, had 2 emails re furniture and was told approx 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, didn’t happen and no dither reply’s to my emails UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , it is a scam , they reply to a few emails to throw you off the scent that they are scamming you and you will NEVER RECIVE THE FURNITURE

I really wish I had reviewed this company beforehand! I ordered a bedside table, chased the delivery date and was told it was no longer in stock and did I want a refund! Nearly 2 months on and I am still waiting for that refund! They need shutting down!! I have emailed dozens of times, I can’t find a contact number! Absolute scam!!!

Scammers, don't order from them. The same thing happened to me. Nest of tables ordered, didn't arrive promised refund now no reply to my emails, can't find a phone number. Will try to claim back from my bank. Disgraceful. I hope Trading Standards is picking up these reviews.

Scammed.... ordered chest of drawers was delivered damaged . Asked for a replacement same day said yes then nothing ... no phone number so emailed every week since 5 January and nothing... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS ..SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS FIRST .. 250 OUT OF POCKET.. CH

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They gave me a time slot for delivery. Then told me my item was damaged. So have to wait for new stock despite the web site saying same item is in stock. Then emailed to say my item is in and they are arranging delivery. Then nothing. I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing £319 down. Logged in to look at order history and it’s blank. Total scammers

Scam they say they have sent ur item but never turns up they says it’s an email mistake and sends u same email saying u will receive an email reporters this site keep well clear

Complete scam and no intention to send you goods or refund your money. Ordered on boxing day, contact ignored, managed to speak with a Maggie Tuczapska via e-mail who promised me a refund on more than one occasion and tries to blame Shopify for not processing refund. I was lucky enough to use a credit card and have passed this dispute over to my bank who will refund me.

Trader seems to have a whole raft of different names for her organisation through my experience in dealing with her. The original site Iron Rose Home is no longer a valid URL.

Please stay far away from this trader. Do not purchase goods of any kind!

Never buy from this company. Never told me until I payed that there was 4-6 weeks waiting for goods. Told them I want to cancel my order and have a refund. 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for it. Always a excuse that it can’t be done with technical issues. Ended up going through my bank to dispute it. How the company is still going and allowed to run still in beyond me. She’s just a con artist.

My items didn’t arrive after several weeks , then told out of stock, then told on their way , then told out of stock again I asked for refund , either frivolous reply or no reply . The owner of this company Maggie Tuczapska has several companies with same poor level of service. I don’t know how she continues to be allowed to trade
