I could not believe the price when compared with prices of Specsavers, boots or hidden hearing! They quoted more than double.
As saying goes be careful if something is too good to be true. So I remained sceptical. I emailed the company and they clarified all my doubts.

Hearing aid is great for my 98 years old father which I am sure will add to happiness in his remaining years of wonderful life. Post purchase service is also great

After monitoring the Wholesale Hearing website for some time, I decided to purchase the Phonak Audeo Sphere hearing aids. Given the severity of my hearing loss and the significant savings compared to high-street prices, the value proposition was undeniable. While the product itself has been life-changing, my experience with the company’s customer service has been highly inconsistent.
Product Performance
The Phonak Spheres are easily the best hearing aids I have ever used. I am currently in the process of having a custom C-Shell manufactured to further optimize clarity and power. On a technical and pricing level, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Service & Communication
Unfortunately, the quality of the technology is not matched by the quality of the service provided by certain staff members.
• Positive Note: I would like to commend Martin, who was consistently approachable, professional, and helpful throughout our interactions.
• Areas for Concern: Conversely, my interactions with Ross were deeply disappointing. I found his demeanor to be abrupt and condescending. On several occasions, I felt spoken down to, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting—particularly in audiology.
As a customer service professional with 19 years of experience, I am acutely aware of the standards required to maintain client relationships. It was particularly shocking to encounter a lack of familiarity with Relay UK. For an audiologist to be unaware of a primary communication tool used by the D/deaf community is a significant oversight that reflects poorly on their professional expertise.
Conclusion
I have hesitated to write this review, but I feel it is vital to share my experience. While I highly recommend the Phonak product and appreciate Martin’s assistance, the dismissive attitude I encountered from Ross was uncalled for. I hope the management at Wholesale Hearing takes this feedback seriously to ensure that all clients are treated with the respect and understanding they deserve.

After a face to face conversation with Martin we addressed many issues relating to my experience and I’m confident that going forward that there will be massive improvements , he took on board my concerns and addressed them accordingly can’t thank Martin for taking the time to listen and correct any concerns I may have and will continue to engage with him going forward :)

Wholesale hearing gave me a fair price and Ross gave me very good advice. I can unreservedly recommend this company. The product is also excellent.

Easy to deal with, clear communication, and outstanding value for money.

I'm really happy with my new Phonak Sphere hearing aids. I went to an opticians to have my hearing test, requested my prescription then hunted online. That's when I came across Wholesale Hearing. I was encouraged by the excellent reviews they'd had and the fact that the same hearing aids were almost a third of the price less than the opticians had quoted, and I wasn't disappointed with my choice

Order dispatched quickly and all questions dealt with well and timely. Aftercare also provided in relation to individual needs and I felt like they went above and beyond before and after sale, which is great to see as that does not happen very often these days. It is no wonder this company gets such excellent reviews. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Ross was really helpful throughout. I had made a mistake on the colour and he sorted this out with Phonac at no additional charge. The cost saving vs Boots was £800 for I hearing aid. Would highly recommend them.

I was quite apprehensive about buying such a product online. But Ross and team were very quick to respond to all queries really promptly. The pricing is really the best in the world. The item was shipped within 3 days across the world. The follow up with Martin was also most excellent, they made the online tuning and clarification painless and insightful. My hearing aids, Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere i90 Ultra, well these are my first and I still haven't got used to them. I hear some scrabble/whisper so I still have to get adapted to them.
