I recently two aero underbody parts and a front bumper for an Alfa Romeo Giulia QV with international delivery. Due to unavailability in my country, I had to go with a supplier abroad and paid a premium for DHL shipping. Before confirming the order, I specifically asked for the parts to be inspected for damage, since the photos provided didn’t clearly show all the critical areas. If any issues were found, I wanted to be offered an alternative.

Two of the parts arrived in good condition. However, the bumper had been previously repaired in a structurally critical area—specifically where the mounting pins connect it to the body. This repair was neither mentioned in the listing nor communicated by the manager who assured me the bumper was "good."

After contacting support, I received a response essentially denying any responsibility and stating that it was all on me for trusting their assessment. To make matters worse, the manager who handled my order is now—conveniently—no longer with the company.

I accept that I was too trusting in expecting a transparent condition check and an honest recommendation if issues were found. Still, this feels like a breach of basic good faith.

I wouldn’t recommend this seller unless you’re comfortable playing a lottery with expensive parts and zero seller accountability.

they copy someone else's auctions from allegro and add a 60% markup. generally they steal auctions from this portal without asking the owner's consent. I do not recommend!!! I invite you to allegro you will buy the same thing 60% cheaper

Use Ebay. They don't cheat

a closed ac/dc charger that turns out to be separate inside... you have no way of checking that befor you youse it. That would be the same as saying I should have seen that the piston rings on a piston are bad and I should have seen that when I received the engine.
Totally unreasonable and you are covering up a seller who wants to cheat. If I had bought it on ebay they would refund the purchase without hesitation you are covering a cheater.

I ordered parts, everything came as expected, a lot of updates on shipping, they use known forwarders and tracking is available live. I would only prefer that they add PayPal as payment option. 4 star rating is because you are given the free will to choose shipping options. For example I paid for a full pallet, and the parts managed to arrive on half a pallet which is the cheaper option. They do not contact you that you overpaid shipping.

I ordered part from the site after payment the the part is still available not ticked as sold and after paying for both goods and transportation i got another mail of transportation payment that what I paid for transportation earlier is not enough that am to pay another €300 after paying €490 for goods and transportation earlier am not sure if they are real
