They treat their customers like the messages they print on their T-shirts. They could really care less about making you happy. my son loves their stuff so I ordered a few things for his birthday and they have a buy 2 get one free special. I put the code in but somehow it didn't take so when I checked out, I didn't get my free shirt I wrote them back right away, and I sent them three follow-up emails to make sure that before they pack my order they included that extra shirt. They didn't read the emails they sent the order out and then I contacted them and they were unwilling to send my free shirt ..they wanted me to return the order and re-order everything . They could've just treated their customer kindly and sent the shirt but instead they chose to tell me it was my fault .. and they are too busy to get back to their customers
I won't order from them again. !!!
poor customer service and shipping
Ordered a few shirts on the 26th June 2023. It's now been over a month and they still haven't shipped my order to Australia. Tried to get in touch with them several times by email and I'm still yet to receive a reply. I would not recommend this shop at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere
It was perfect!
The communication with them was really easy, and they were always supportive and kind. They gave me a delivery date, but it arrived weeks in advance, which was a lovely surprise (and it was days before my event). I loved the kimono, nice quality and fits perfectly. Thank you for the great service!
Stolen original art
Turns out the design on a shirt I ordered was stolen from my artist friend. He has posted the timestamps of his upload, and how it was stolen, then grabbed by this company. Completely unethical. Hire and pay your designers. I will never buy from a dropship company again

Ordering and finding the shirt I was looking for was a breeze. Plus the updates all the way through the shipping process was impressive.
I love my t shirt. If there is one thing I can mention is the t shirt brand isn't as sturdy as the t shirts I get from printerval.

Good return policy
They let me exchange some shirts for a different size, ordered 3 times and never had an issue with anything. Only thing is the latest order I received had a thinner less quality tee shirts than before.
They sent me the wrong item but then charged me to ship it back to them
I ordered 2 shirts, and they sent me 1 correct and 1 incorrect item. They had me send a photo to prove it, then sent me a label to mail it back to them. They said the correct item was in production. After a couple weeks of no communication, I reached back out, and was told it was still in production. I asked for a refund instead, and while they did refund me, they deducted the shipping cost from the refund, despite that the mistake was theirs. Their CS staff were polite when they did reply, but they ignored my email about the deducted amount. I gave them another 2 weeks to reply to that last mail before coming here to leave a review. I would not recommend this website or order again myself after this experience. Shame because many designs are cool.

Customer for a few years, little to no problems
I’ve ordered clothes from them a few times and they’re always enjoyable. Tshirts are soft and have fun designs. My only gripe has been my oldest one (about 3 years old?) is starting to flake off on the design but that’s the only one to do so.
I think there’s may be some confusion in the other reviews below, as I’ve seen several people talking about ordering items the company has never sold in the past few years ( I regularly checking their website to see if there’s anything fun in stock) There’s never been shoes or dresses? It makes me wonder if there’s another brand with a similar name.
I only worked with customer service once as I had messed up the apartment number on my shipping address. It was a bit inconvient to have to do it over email rather than having something automated on the website. But they were very helpful and I got a response about a day after I sent the request. They fixed the address no problem. Overall I’m happy to order from them when I have the money to do so, as there’s a premium for the soft material and cool designs.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I ordered 2 items on Nov 30 on Dec 11th they sent me an email one of the items was no longer available it took almost 2 weeks to tell me that, then on Dec 20th they said the rest of order was going to ship are you kidding me almost a month to ship one tee shirt. I'll never order from them again.
Avoid Wicked Clothes

Order was placed Nov 16 at 12:56 PM I believe. Nov 17 at 2:33 PM I put in a request to cancel the order. You have to send an email for this to be done. For unknown reasons there’s no way to do this through the site. Nov 17 at 9:21 PM a label was created. Nov 18 at 9:13 AM I received an email basically saying no. Nov 18 at 6:45 PM the package arrives at FedEx. Saturday I spoke with a FedEx representative and requested that the shipment be canceled. They informed that only someone from the sending company could do so. I shared this information with WC who basically said they’re too busy and I’d have to go through the return process which takes more time than just making a 2-3 minute phone call and canceling the shipment. But fine, that’s where we are at now.
Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. You’re lucky if you can get a response out of them. Also, they had a fake giveaway for a 12-foot skeleton, and told people all they had to do was download their app to be entered! However, they never even gave the skeleton away. It was all a lie to get more downloads and possible customers, and when anybody asks about it in their Instagram comments they just ignore everybody.
Possible Scam, extreme lack of communication
I ordered a pair of boots Oct 10th that had a one week estimated shipping date at checkout. After a week with no word, I emailed the vendor. They apologized for the miscommunication and assured me the item had left their store and was on the way but sometimes post-covid the shipping is unpredictable. I understand things change so waited.
Fast forward two weeks, I still hadn't received any word so emailed again. There was no response, but the status order was updated to ready. It's now almost a month after purchase, I have yet to hear back about my second email, the tracking number displayed doesn't exist, and all I get tracking online is that my order is ready. I feel like they're just waiting out 30 days so I can no longer contest the charge on my credit card.
Overall, It was a poor experience with poor communication, and I'm unsure whether or not this is a scam which is very disappointing because the items are cute and appear well made.
Cool, High Quality, Artistic Tops
This is one of my favorite clothing brands. They use different artists to create completely unique shirts! They accept returns and respond quickly to any issue! The shirts are soft but high quality! Highly Recommend!
Don’t bother, same products and better customer service for SHEIN
Pretty sure this is a drop shipping company. I ordered 2x rings 2x necklaces, a pair of earrings and a dress. The earrings still haven’t arrived. Emailed as I hadn’t received a tracking number for my order 2x weeks after order. When I emailed to ask about it, the tracking numbers provided (one for each product) didn’t work. Dress arrived first, it is the exact same as the same one I ordered off SHEIN for like $40 less.
The jewelry is not quality, one necklace sent is not what I ordered.
Don’t waste you money or time. Customer service sucks.
Don’t Bother.
Ordered 3 shirts. One was out of stock. They didn’t set aside the two they did have in stock at the time of my order, didn’t respond to my request for a substitute for 3 days, and by the time they did respond to my first out of stock shirt request, another of my shirts went out of stock. Horrible customer service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I order low quality stuff from China all the time from the Geek app. Wicked went out of their way to lower the bar. After a month, and 8 emails to resolve issue after issue, they just refunded me and said sorry-not-sorry.

I ordered from them twice I think? Once in December and the other around February. Both times I had totally normal experiences. I actually really love the stuff I got. I've ordered t-shirts and sweaters from them and they've lasted me this long with zero issues. Tbh they are some of my favorite go to's in my closet. One of my favorite sweaters I got for free from them because of how much money I spent in an order. I didn't know other people were having issues with them until I started looking up why they didn't have their sweaters anymore when I went back to order more. I honestly have no idea if they rip other companies off or are unethical in their practice/ treatment of employees regarding labor. I will need to do some of my own research before buying from them again to see whats accurate. I dont want to support an unethical company, but I also don't want to take away support from a company based on he said/she said. If anyone can find any supporting information I recommend adding it on here. I will update this if I find anything that would be beneficial to anyone looking for info like that. I also didn't know others had poor experiences with service from them. I personally didn't but I also didn't have anything to return or exchange so I can't add to that. Hopefully this is helpful for someone!
The entire store rips off Aussie…
The entire store rips off Aussie designers including Spell and Tigerlily. Made of 90% fakes of other designers. They even have taken the original photos from the designers website. You won’t get what’s pictured and the knockoffs are hilariously bad.
No refund or responses. Poor quality items
Quality of clothing is awful. I've sent back paying for tracked delivery and had no refund. They've stopped responding to my emails also. Do not buy from here.
Willfully misleading company (2nd update)
**Update #2** They issued a refund for the full price and shipping as expected. Adding a star back for that. Will add another if they update their shipping and FAQ pages to reflect actual processing times. It really should not have taken 8 days and an email from me just to find out the item I ordered was out of stock.
**Update** They reached out to me shortly after this review posted. The item I ordered was apparently out of stock, so they offered to let me choose another item of equal or lesser value or simply take a refund. I am opting for the refund. I'm adding a star back since they did get back to me with an explanation of the delay and options to make it right. I'll add another once the refund happens.
Site says 1-3 days to process orders. I emailed after a week. No response. I get it, they claim to be a small operation. That doesn't excuse blatantly lying about processing times and failing to respond when customers inquire about delays. This seems to be the norm for them, so maybe a link to these trustpilot reviews should go on every social media post they release so people know what they're really getting into. In the meantime, I'll stick to getting shirts from threadless.
