Ordered boxer briefs from them. Worst fit ever and for $25 a piece. Within a day my stuff was just free balling it through the hole of the underwear. If had known that BOTH pairs would be this crappy I would have never bought them

The clothes are amazing! Great quality, fantastic designs.
The customer service is also amazing, I heard back very quickly, they were very nice and helped me fix my issue. Could not reccomend them more

I waited for packages for a couple of months. When the shipment had arrived at the destination country, the post office could not find information about the packages with the codes. Then they had gone back without me having received a notification about them. I am now waiting for a refund and there is no response from the store. I do not recommend the store

DO NOT BUY from this store. Part of my order did not arrive and after over 2 months I was offered a refund only to have this company stop responding to me and certainly not honouring the refund, despite offering it to me after acknowledging the tracking had not updated and therefore my items must be lost in transit. I wish I had listened to the other reviews and not taken the chance. This is not a good firm.

This Review is based solely on customer service. I suspect that my package was stolen because it was “delivered”by FedEx on a Sunday. I still hadn’t received it, I reached out to customer service and they have been especially helpful. The customer Representative that helped me was Ashely, she was helpful, professional and very prompt. I will do a follow up review once I’ve received my clothes! Thank you again Ashley :)

I didn’t read the reviews here before I ordered and I’m really surprised by them. I placed an order for 5 T-shirts at 3:41 pm and received a shipment notification at 4:19 pm the same day. I just received the package four days after I placed my order. The shirts feel very good quality and the designs are incredible. The sizing is very true to size and fit great. I don’t know if I just happen to get really lucky or the brand has upped their game based on the negative reviews. I will definitely be buying their shirts again.

My wardrobe needed a little more Satan in it and that's what I got! He gave me great quality prints, soft and comfy shirts...and he was very fast to deliver them to me. A lot quicker than Santa Claus I must say..just saying. Will definitely continue to order clothes right from the gates of Hell

I heard of this brand from Bailey Sarian and fell in love with the designs. I wanted to love them, the shirts fit comfortably and I had no issues as far as that's concerned. However, after just the first wash the shirt designs began to peel. At this point every one of the shirts I purchased (which are expensive BTW, so I expected much better quality). I turn them inside out every time I've washed and followed their washing directions. Yet, still not one of my shirts are unaffected. I still wear them because of what I spent, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them. Which is such a shame because they have awesome designs!

The boxer briefs are a horrible fit and at $20 a pair are definitely not worth it. Also their tshirts run on the small side. I was a little slow on complaining and went past the 30 day return so was basically tolde there was nothing they could do about how the horrible fitting underwear. Thumbs down. I like their button ups but will not be getting another due to their horrible policies and customer service.

I heard of you from youruber Bailey Sarian and decided to take a look. I bought 4 t shirts and 1 Hoodie. I got them 1 size bigger in case it would shrink. Anyways took about 3 weeks to receive order (make sense as I am in Canada) I find its great quality. The shirts are so comfy. I can't wait to order some more shirts for the summer :)

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews here after I order an amethyst pipe. I did get shipping text updates and a tracking number. It took almost a month to receive but it did come. The quality is actually very nice. I have since ordered another pipe as well because the one I got was very pretty.

I absolutely love their designs and shirts. But the hoodies and sweatshirts are poor quality and thin. One hoodie pilled and seem on waist started to unravel after wearing twice and another hoodie's seem on pocket unraveled 1st time wearing it. All before even washing them. I'll still by from them hoping their quality gets better.

They do not offer free returns like they say they do and they don’t respond to emails. Do not buy from here!

Ordered a shirt that was black in the thumbnail. Received a white shirt. Asked to return the shirt and they will not accept the return unless I pay the shipping and will not refund. I explained it is incredibly misleading to have a different colour shirt in the photo than what they are selling, they did not care.

Where do I begin? I placed my order on November 29th 2021 for their cyber Monday sale. I originally heard from the company from Bailey Sarian, an influencer I watch and had seen others promoting them (not faulting these influencers as I’m sure they are unaware). I received a thank you for your order email and knew it might take longer because of the holidays so I left it alone. I had ordered Christmas gifts so tried to reach out to them numerous times through all platforms with no response just auto generated emails. I FINALLY received a shipping confirmation email and received all but 1 item around January 21st. After trying to get with them about the missing hoodie I just gave up. I got an email last week that the last item had shipped and I should be receiving it on APRIL 6th!! I had no problems with the quality of what I ordered but these T-shirts and hoodies are not worth the headache! I’m also angry because they have no problems constantly posting about sales they’re having while people are trying to get answers on outstanding orders or refunds. They seem more than happy to take your money and leave you empty handed. From what I hear they weren’t always this way and it’s a shame because I really like their designs but I can’t support a company that seems okay with essentially scamming people out of their hard earned money and leaving so many people without answers and that haven’t received their orders at all!

Terrible quality shirts. Very cheap feeling, strings hanging from seams and sizing only makes the shirt longer not wider. Very odd fitting. And if you return the shirt they won't refund you unless you reach out to them and then won't refund shipping which is just unprofessional in my opinion because if the clothing was better I would not have sent it back.

I’m stunned to see negative reviews as I had a very positive experience. I guess it’s easy to leave bad ones when you're upset, but my experience was so good it prompted me to leave my first-ever online review, so that’s saying something. And while it did take longer than usual to get a response from customer service, it seemed to only be because they are a small company with a lot of orders. The slightly longer timeframe was never a real problem for me and their customer service department was extremely helpful. Their designs are phenomenal and every product I’ve ordered has been great quality! Not to mention they have sales and deals fairly often. I look forward to future styles!

Don't purchase anything from this store. They are fraud! They have never delivered my item and withhold $70. I tried to reach out to them, but they are from China (of course) and chose just to ignore my messages.
