This review pertains to the customer service experience. I ordered $138 worth of clothes onJan 30th. I then order another hoodie on the same day. The hoodie arrived, but nothing else did. Despite contacting them several times, I have never heard anything back. It has been over a month and not even one reply to the four messages I have sent.

By far one of the best businesses that I have ever worked with. Quality garments and amazing customer service. 10000/10 I recommend!

I love wicked-clothing ! Always got some cleverly funny stuff ! delivery isn’t bad ! Tracking is easy ! Sizes are awesome. Size LG is really a Large ! And they don’t shrink right away in the wash!!

1 from 4 t-shirts ordered were torn and I tried to mail them to return but because they don’t have a telephone number, after a week of trying to contact by email nothing happened, no response! A lot of money for a ripoff! Be careful with this guys!

I've ordered multiple t-shirts and sweatshirts over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. I always get shipping information within 3-5 business days, and there's never been a problem with my order. The clothes are great quality (held up for years now without fading or wear), don't shrink in the wash, and the sizing is accurate. I've seen comments that they're in China, but from what I can tell they are out of Florida state (?). Customer service has always been responsive on the rare occasion I've reached out to them. I love the clothes and I'm going to continue being a customer!

I bought the black denim jacked and it looked nothing like in the picture, it was much shorter and it was entirely black not grey and black. It’s still a nice enough denim jacket so I kept it but not at all what I expected and doesn’t look like in the picture. Disappointed.

I ordered something on December 10th. It is now the 21st with no tracking number. I wrote an email to request a tracking number and got a generic excuse email letting me know I'm welcome to request a tracking number (now there's an idea I hadn't thought of) and then when I went back to their website to use their other support email it is has been apparently deleted or never existed and you can't even send emails to it. So I go on their Facebook page and everyone is furious with them for their lack of service, lack of product, and when the product arrives it's really bad cheap quality for a very high price.

They also inform everyone in their generic emails that they can't promise a refund. Hm. Interesting. So you get my money, I have no product, and no tracking information, and I don't know if it's ever coming and I'm not getting a refund.

And don't say, "small business, Christmas, sorry".

You guys paid for so many Facebook ads to barrage my Facebook newsfeed and every other website I've ever been on that I genuinely thought about canceling my order just to punish you for the amount of times I had to see you ads. So you have money to blast your advertisements but you don't have money to expand your customer service department. And you can't be sure you're going to refund anyone.

That's risky, guys. I don't think this is a risk that's going to pay off.

I bought a Mothman shirt from them. The shirt came very quickly and the quality of said shirt is great, only thing is is that it's super long for a small. Will be buying again!

Order was received in 2 days, perfect. Clothing is always high quality, and the graphics are amazing.

I was wary after placing an international order after seeing all the negative reviews online. However, my experience purchasing a shirt from Wicked Clothing was entirely positive. Tracking was transparent and accurate, it was shipped and delivered relatively quickly considering the circumstances (Covid), and the shirt itself fits true to size and is good quality (100% cotton). I would order from them again.

I ordered an item that never arrived. I was provided with a order update after it was supposedly delivered and a tracking number that seemed to refer to a delivery miles away from me. I contacted wicked repeatedly and they just total me to contact my post office. Despite me advising that that I couldn't contact the post office via telephone and was self isolating. They were no help at all and clearly didn't care. Please do not order from this company. They do not care about there customers!!!!

My $35 + tax shirt arrived and its a huge baggy mens size. Not cute. I returned it weeks ago and no one responds to my multiple emails and inquiries for a refund. they just ghosted me and they have no customer service phone number. Sorry, that's stealing. I'm out almost $40 for a crappy shirt and they don't even respond or refund me. So annoying! UPDATE: They processed my refund, but not until I sent the tracking number twice and kept mailing them.

Business is in China. Long time for shipping. Their “one size fits all” was very awkward looking and their return policy is awful. For the prices they charge, look elsewhere.

Ordered a gift card for my sister that never came. Company won’t respond to my numerous attempts to make contact. Do not buy anything from this site!

Never got the $50 crewneck I ordered. Said it was delivered but never actually showed up. Bogus site unfortunately :(

5 star designs. 1 star clothes. They print on gildan, which is the cheapest possible shirts. The fit is bad. It isn't super comfy. Parts and labor for some of these sweatshirts are probably less than $8 and they are selling them for $39. That's a 400% markup. Crazy. Some of them probably cost more to make, but those sell for $50! They are the only place that sells these designs, but just beware if you fork out the cash, you may not get something that you enjoy wearing.

I really like the design of the shirt I got and they have a lot of designs I would buy. However, the quality of the shirt is very low. It is almost sheer and the design is printed poorly on the shirt. I’m so disappointed because I was so excited for the shirt to come in :(

I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner, will order form here again!

I love the design, it’s not cheaply made, a bit expensive and the shipping is kind of slow but maybe it’s because of the COVID. Overall it’s legit

Very happy with what I got and I had fast delivery too. Definitely buying more later.
