Just been into Basingstoke store 2/10/26 needed nail gun fuel cells said online they had 2 in stock. Asked on arrival as could not find them eventually found one pack of 2 cells paid £23 after opening... Ver mais

Knowledgeable and informative employee
After looking around various aisle for brass hooks and eyelets, noticed a chap unloading a pallet box of paint, explained what I wanted, he went straight to the product, there where no eyelets available, Mark G suggested 5/6 outlets where I might get them. Extremely knowledgeable of the store, components locations and outside knowledge.

The Wickes supply chain was very poor…
The Wickes supply chain was very poor with completely wrong wall panels being supplied. The customer service was poor as no one was willing to rectify the problem. However our installer "Red Dragon" was excellent with efficient installation service and excellent customer service.

Helpful staff
Had an online return to sort and needed help with ordering a door. Mark at Basingstoke store gave me plenty of time and information to make the correct decision.

Great service at Wickes Basingstoke
Great service at Wickes Basingstoke. Helpful store collegeue Mark G helped with advise on which products I needed. As well as making sure I got value for money, Mark was polite and personable and made the store experience quick and easy when I didn't really know what I was looking for.

Great service at Basingstoke Wickes
Olu was very helpful knew exactly where the item I wanted was (CT1 Sealant) and took me there.
Then later on processed my items at the till.

bathroom installation June 2024
We had a bathroom installation in June 2024 - subcontracted out to Jack of All Trades in Oxford. Simon came to our house before the installation to review our order and to make sure everything was covered. Everytime we contacted Simon, he replied promptly. His team of installers and electricians worked well and tidily. Overall a positive experience.

Bathroom looks great!
Designing the bathroom with Sarah Baxter was great.
Slight delay to start, but other than that work was done promptly even with changing the shower pump after the fact. Simon and the team at Jack of all Trades were really nice throughout.

very helpful designer team
Just a note to say thank you for the kitchen designer staff. We have had loyalty of issues since the initial design of the kitchen. This is due to the inconsistencies of an older house, so lots of changes had to be made on the fly, and not the Wickes team at Basingstoke. I would like to thank Sarah Baxter, for helping to sort most of the issues. I would give 5 stars, but the Wickes central customer services are difficult to contact, and it took up to an hour on hold each time I contacted them.

My Wonderful En-suit
Wickes at Basngstoke provided a great service from our first meeting with the designer Sarah. I have the smallest en-suit but she worked wonders. Sarah was so patient and accommodating and really listened and understood what I required.
Darren, the surveyor and fitter turned the tiny en-suit into an oasis, my dream bathroom. Darren has an eye for small details and the finishing touches. He is professional and has a really high standard of workmanship.
Both Sarah and Darren are friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I could not have hoped to have better people to work with.
