went in for some sand and cement and the staff was very helpful asked someone called mark who went the extra mile and helped me take the sand and cement on my trolley and helped me load my car a credit to the company many thanks to Mark will definitely be returning.

What excellent and friendly service today at Wickes Braintree. We were purchasing tiles and they were not all out on the shop floor and Sonny went straight to the warehouse and got them out. At the till Donna was so helpful and friendly - excellent customer service Sonny and Donna. Thank you

Shoutout to Donna
Donna is lovely, helpful, kind and hardworking. She made us alert that we had a 15% trade discount yesterday which saved us lots of money which was great for us because we were trying to refurbish on a budget. Definitely recommend Wickes braintree and Donna.

New area wonderful person
I recently moved to the area and was doing renovations. First time doing most of the work. Met Donna in the store who was so helpful, friendly , personable and reassuring. Most of the stuff we needed was in store and with her guidance we were happy.She continues to be helpful , friendly and informative even a year later
