Me and my wife are regular customers in wickes this seems very out of Character of Marie and I was in store yesterday on the 8/10/26 I always look forward to seeing marie at the tills she always goes out of her way to be helpful and pleasant In No way was she rude she was snowed under at the tills as it was so busy when I saw her I feel the previous post is Not what I saw or have EVER this is just someone bored and looking to throw her under a bus .
It’s these sort of people that are the dangerous types !

It always seems when I visit this store that I am faced with issues with one over assertive rude cashier (216 Ma***).
She constantly creates a line and will debate with customers, not only myself but I witnessed her in action on several times.
I find her unhelpful and sarcastic.
I really do not enjoy shopping at this branch.

After failing to find the product which I needed, I was making my exit when I was advised by customer service personnel Marie who advised me where I was likely to find the product which I needed, turns out to be excellent advise as I was able find the product at a very reasonable price compared to similar items I’d previously looked at. Excellent service from Marie
Popped in to buy some grab adhesive, it had been a while since I had visited the store. The store was well stocked and organised, I was served by Marie who was amazing, professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. Marie's service made my visit, thank you.

new bathroom
We needed a new bathroom and visited Wickes Dunstable.. We met Mr Raphael Simmons, the Design consultant who was very helpful in helping us to design the bathroom and select the correct appliances and fittings. He visited our home to get the exact measurements .From then on when the order was placed we were given an update of delivery each time and the start date for work to commence. The fitters who were assigned for this job were excellent . They turned up on time and got on with the job and tidied up when finished for the day. The whole job was completed within a week
and we are very pleased with the result.
We definitely would recommend them without any hestitantion .

I have been a trade customer of the Dunstable branch of Wickes for many years and is my go to suppler for most everyday items, being do quick and convenient. On a recent visit to the store I was initially unable to find what I wanted and assumed the blocks I wanted were out of stock. Fortunately I checked with Marie on the till who was very helpful and assured me there were actually plenty, they had just been relocated since my last purchase. Thank you!

Ricky in the Dunstable store helped me with a DIY plumbing problem. He helped me select the needed pieces to complete my project. His experience saved me purchasing the wrong pieces and the time and effort I would have otherwise had to deal with. Thank you Ricky.
